Good things here
Construction quality of the society was very good. There were no sealing and seepage issues. Both the parking facilities and CCTV system are meticulously maintained ensuring the security and convenience of all residents. The society's location was also good offering residents a plethora of amenities that underscore the community's dedication to quality. Among these amenities, like swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym, were available in the society. Getting around the area is easy due to a reliable network of public transportation options such as buses, auto-rickshaws, and taxis. Positioned strategically near bustling markets, essential services and schools, residents benefit from seamless access to all essential resources. The spacious park provides ample room for children to play and relax, thereby enhancing the community's appeal. Known for its welcoming atmosphere and inclusive environment, the community is highly esteemed for its hospitality.
Things need improvement
There were no issues in the society. Society was tip-top and everything was good, no need for any improvement. People were also good and cooperative. Security was also strong.

Good things here
I have no issues at all with the society. Everything is great here. The connectivity is excellent with Ola, Uber, autos, and cabs readily available, making commuting easy. The maintenance is top-notch, with regular cleaning and garbage collection. The construction quality is solid with no seepage, leakage, or cracks, and the buildings are well-ventilated with plenty of sunlight. All amenities are available and well-maintained, including a gym, garden, children's play area, clubhouse, swimming pool, and park. The neighbourhood is very friendly, and I feel safe and secure with effective CCTV and security measures. Parking and guest parking are also not an issue. Overall, it is a wonderful place to live.
Things need improvement
Honestly, I have no complaints about this society. Everything is just perfect. From connectivity to maintenance, construction, amenities, and the neighborhood, everything meets my expectations.

Good things here
The location of the apartment is best in all over meera road,like society is connected to highway which was very much convient.All the amenities like swimming pool,club house gym area,kids play area and park is there in the society.
Things need improvement
Society is very good and everything is well maintained but the managing commitee can improve its issue resolution process for the resdient.

Good things here
Society is very well maintained and all the modern amenities are present in the society and fully functional. High security system in the society,cctv and security staff both the facilities has been adopted in the society. Society is neat,clean and hygenic environment. Build quality is good and friendly environment in the society.
Things need improvement
Society is very well connected with local transport facilities but public transport like railway station,bus stand is not at walkable distance from the society.

Good things here
There were all modern amenities and everything was well-maintained. The security was good. The people were quite nice. There was no traffic near the society. Autos and buses were readily available, water was available 24*7.
Things need improvement
The metro hasn't arrived yet. The local railway station is far away. Malls and restaurants are 1. 5km away. There was a significant issue of leakage in my flat.

It's a gated community, the gate installation done with CCTV coverage..The place having clean and maintained complex.The building is well constructed here with great amenities such as swimming pool, well maintained clubs etc. .

Great society with accommodation facilities.. The playground is very spacious for children to play. My kids always says to live in the society. Feels safe. The architecture is awesome. Neighborhood gives positive vibes. Overall great.

The complex has 2 BHK residential apartments. You can have good water supply, drainage etc.The construction of the building is made with all types of modern facilities.Well maintained swimming pools, clubs are here.

The complex having great community, cctv cover all side and clean swimming pool,D'Mart store nearby and have many store around, festivals celebrate in society,lighting is decorated in common area people are very friendly.
