I am satisfied with Bhairaav GoldCrest Residency. There are many options for public transport, and I have never experienced traffic congestion. However, metro connectivity is not available, and pollution is a major issue.

I particularly rented this property because of the locality advantage. The apartment is in the vicinity of all the major points such as Ghatkopar-Ghansoli Road, Palm Beach Road, Ghansoli Railway Station, Reliance Hospital, etc.

I considered Bhairaav GoldCrest Residency when I moved to Navi Mumbai. It provides ample space for car parking and comes with important amenities such as a swimming pool, community hall, spa, gym and so on.

I recommend Bhairaav GoldCrest Residency because it is in the proximity of reputed hospitals, schools, banks, shopping malls and so on. However, frequent power cuts and pollution are some of the problems I encounter.

Even though the apartments come with a high price tag, considering the locality and amenities, it is quite justified. The 2BHK apartment that I rented is quite spacious and comfortable for my family.

The developer has ensured all fixtures in the room are modern and spacious enough to design the interior. Hospitals, schools, entertainment area and others are nearby. Monsoon water accumulation is also temporary but there. Some teething issue here and there but society maintenance very good.

The project provides lavishly designed 1 and 2 BHK luxury apartments with great amenities like a swimming pool, kids' play area, indoor games, club house, and jogging track, etc. It has swimming pool, water storae, intercom, club house, jogging area, etc.

All shopping malls, MNCs, commercial complexes, hospitals, schools, colleges, cafes, hangouts, restaurants, stores and pubs are nearby. Got the best value for my money as I feel now.

All fittings and construction is top class. Best amenities and best location to stay around. Fab maintenance by team and area safety overall is good. Location is near the entire best mall, market, school, station, hospital and others.

Bhairaav Goldcrest Residency is a specious ready-to-move project developed. The project provides well-planned 2 homes with great facilities such as a swimming pool, jogging track, gym, indoor games, kids play area, clubhouse, landscape garden, power back up and reserved parking, etc.
