Good things here
No power cut issues. 40 feet wide concrete road at the entrance. Cabs and autos available at the gate. Just 2 minutes from Piryadarshini circle on Eastern Express.

No water logging on roads
Great cleanliness
Low power cuts
Clean & well maintained
Moderate maintenance charges
Strong walls and pillars
Good quality plaster and fitting
Good celebration of festivities
Residents pay maintenance in time
Things need improvement
There is no club house which is a miss and open space and kids play area is small. The approach road is always crowded due to Buntara Bhawan and Shetty College.
