Furthermore, the society may be expensive for middle-class families, limiting accessibility and making it less inclusive for a wider range of residents.

The proximity to the main MG Road and the convenience of amenities just a phone call away are also big pluses for me. Additionally, the frequent power failures leading to high electricity bills are a major concern for me. Moreover, the issue of seepage in some of the newer homes due to poor construction materials is quite bothersome. These maintenance and infrastructure issues detract from an otherwise pleasant living experience.

Additionally, the restrictions on accessing certain amenities in other courts further add to the drawbacks of living in Essel Towers.
