However, the lack of local shops or markets nearby can be inconvenient for daily needs, adding an extra layer of effort for residents. Additionally, traffic congestion during peak hours can be a hassle, making commuting more time-consuming. Pollution is also a concern in the area, affecting the overall quality of life. Furthermore, the society may be expensive for middle-class families, limiting accessibility and making it less inclusive for a wider range of residents.

The well-maintained amenities like the lawns, play area, swimming pool, club house, and fine dining options available within the premises. The proximity to the main MG Road and the convenience of amenities just a phone call away are also big pluses for me. Additionally, the security features such as three-tier security and power backup further enhance the sense of safety and comfort, making it a great place to live.
Things need improvement
The restrictions on movement between different courts within the society can feel quite limiting at times. Additionally, the frequent power failures leading to high electricity bills are a major concern for me. Moreover, the issue of seepage in some of the newer homes due to poor construction materials is quite bothersome. These maintenance and infrastructure issues detract from an otherwise pleasant living experience.

However, the sub-division of courts within the society can be restricting, and some courts lack their own gardens, which limits the experience for residents.
Things need improvement
The frequent power failures, which force us to rely on the DG set and result in high electricity bills every month. Moreover, the newly constructed houses have issues like seepage due to poor quality materials used in the construction, which is quite frustrating. Additionally, the restrictions on accessing certain amenities in other courts further add to the drawbacks of living in Essel Towers.
