I bought 3 BHK flat, but i am unhappy with the overall construction work. Not so good quality fixture, congested location and other issues doesn't make this project worth investing. I am trying to get my money back.

The residential complex has a well-equipped advanced gymnasium, children’s play area, swimming pool, clubhouse, rainwater harvesting, intercom, garden, 24-hour security, CCTV cameras, indoor games and many more. I have a 2BHK flat giving a good view of the location.

Must say, Tridhaatu Morya Mumbai is the most promising residential project. Project is by very reputed builder so construction quality is up to mark. All fittings are very good and latest. Excellent location and amenities. Clubhouse with children play area, swimming pool, clubhouse, rainwater harvesting, intercom, garden, 24-hour security, CCTV cameras, indoor games and many more.

I am so far happy with project experience. I got the 3D version of rooms and overall project, i am really convinced. Still being constructed so dust and all is there but temporary. Overall area safety is good, complex safety is also there. Mobile tower issue is not there. Several famous temples, wildlife sanctuaries and many other tourist spots are located at close proximity of this place.

Tridhaatu morya has offered me what i am looking for after paying good amount. Tridhaatu morya is a brand new residential apartment project in the rapidly expanding neighborhood of Mumbai. Since the project comes under RERA, i am assured of quality construction.
