The positive aspects of the project! The excellent connectivity to malls, hospitals, markets, and public transport is definitely a major advantage, making life more convenient for residents. The diverse range of amenities, which are well-maintained and functional, contribute to a comfortable living experience.
Things need improvement
Unfortunately, the construction quality of the project leaves much to be desired, as there are concerns about seepage, plaster peeling off, and cracks in the walls. Additionally, the maintenance of the property is subpar, with frequent issues and high maintenance charges causing inconvenience to the residents. These shortcomings detract from the overall living experience in the project.
