The project offers easy access to metro and railway stations while airport is also not excessively far away. The amenities include sports facilities, internet, and more. Everything that you need is right here inside the project. That is the best part for me at least.

There are many hospitals and shopping centres near this project. Location is one of the top ones in the city and it is also near my office. I am personally appreciative of how the developer has ensured superb construction quality and finish. Really nice.

I have been considering a location to shift near my office and this was it. The owner of the apartment is very friendly and the amenities in the society are also very good. People here are quite welcoming and I like it so far.

The project is spread over a total area of 2.17 acres of land. It has 52% of open space. The residence is so green and has ample space for tree planting. The place is so calm for meditation as well. I love using the jogging and walking track here. They have basketball, football courts, cricket grounds, badminton courts too. swimming pool, clubs exist here. Dwellers are so friendly. Overall the place is highly recommended by me with lots of basi amenities as well. This is a RERA registered project.

I have been living with my parents in a 2BHK flat in this estate for few months. I must include that all the rooms are so spacy. Every room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom have ample space for sound living. My room gets full-day sunlight and is well ventilated. Doors and windows are gorgeously designed. Every room has also a perfect colour combination. They also focus on any need of tenants to fulfil it as soon as possible.

Erratic water supply noted in the whole vicinity and sometimes create a huge issue to continue my work. Potholes on some stretches of HSR Layout, Bellandur, and Doddakannelli cause problems for inhabitants. There is no street lights in this area and people repeatedly reported about it but authorities are not doing any steps yet. Major traffic issues have been faced by us on the Sarjapur Road and makes severe difficulties to reach any destination.

Bangalore is the major place for IT companies and as an IT employee, the place has become very beneficial. Northern parts of Sarjapur Road are close to many IT/ITeS hubs and my office too. Also authorities have begun three new bus routes to improve connectivity between Sarjapur Road areas and Electronic City. That would have been hugely useful for me to reach my office in time. Carmelaram Railway Station is closest for all localities along Sarjapur Road.
