Good things here
The connectivity here is excellent. Public transport like buses, autos, and cabs are easily available, and the roads are in good condition. It's really convenient to have schools, hospitals, and markets nearby. The construction quality is impressive, with proper ventilation in the flats. We have designated parking, both private and chargeable, which ensures everyone has a spot. The rules are well-followed, and regular garbage collection with wet and dry segregation keeps our society clean. We enjoy 24/7 electricity and water supply, which is very reliable. The community is wonderful; we've been staying here for a long time and celebrate each festival together, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere. Elevators are installed and maintained, and the presence of CCTV cameras and 24/7 security guards adds to our sense of safety.
Things need improvement
There are a few issues that need attention. Despite the excellent construction quality, we do face some seepage problems. The club house is still under construction and is expected to take another 5-6 months to complete, which is a bit disappointing. While we have designated parking, the chargeable parking option could be improved. Overall, addressing these issues would enhance our living experience even more.

Living in this society has been a generally pleasant experience for me. The internal connectivity within the society is excellent, allowing easy movement between different areas. The garbage segregation efforts are commendable, keeping the environment clean and encouraging recycling. The amenities, such as the gym and swimming pool, are well-maintained and provide good options for fitness and relaxation. The security personnel are cooperative and create a sense of safety and security. Additionally, my neighbors are friendly and supportive, fostering a welcoming community atmosphere. The overall maintenance is top-notch, with regular garbage collection and well-kept common areas. The construction quality is good, with well-ventilated flats that ensure comfortable living spaces.

However, there are a few areas that could use improvement to enhance the living experience. Issues with the external connectivity, making it a bit difficult to access public transport easily. Additionally, addressing minor issues like occasional water cuts, especially during the summer, would be beneficial. Improving these aspects would significantly elevate the overall quality of life in the society.

The buildings are constructed with high quality, evidenced by the absence of seepage and leakage issues in the flats. The residents are friendly and cooperative, fostering a warm and inclusive community environment.
Things need improvement
The absence of nearby metro stations makes it inconvenient for residents who rely on public transportation for commuting. Residents have to travel a distance of 2 to 3 kilometers to access local shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants, which can be inconvenient for daily errands and necessities. The society lacks good connectivity, with public transportation like autos and cabs not easily accessible within walking distance outside the society. The society does not offer amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, or club house, which can impact residents' recreational and social activities within the community.

I'm really pleased with the way things are going in our society. The maintenance team is doing an excellent job; they respond to our issues within 24 hours, ensuring everything runs smoothly. The quality of construction is top-notch, and I feel confident in the durability of our buildings. What's more, I appreciate the minimal interaction required with other residents; it allows me to enjoy my privacy while still feeling part of a community. The amenities provided add a lot of value to our living experience, and having public transport options easily accessible within the society is incredibly convenient.
Things need improvement
Communication from management and staff often comes off as rude or dismissive, creating unnecessary tension. Maintenance, though generally adequate, occasionally fails to address issues promptly, leading to frustration and inconvenience. Moreover, the lack of variety in amenities and social engagement opportunities within the community is disappointing. Residents crave more events and communal spaces to foster connections and a sense of belonging.

Living in that society was a great experience overall. The maintenance and construction were top-notch, ensuring a comfortable and well-kept living environment. Having access to amenities like a gym and clubhouse made it easy to stay active and socialize with neighbors. Feeling safe in my surroundings was also a big plus, and the connectivity to other parts of the city, whether by auto or other means, made it convenient to get around. Plus, not having to worry about water supply issues was a relief and added to the peace of mind.

However, there were a couple of drawbacks that stood out to me. Despite the good maintenance, there were times when the response to maintenance requests was slow, which could be frustrating when dealing with minor issues. Additionally, there were occasional disruptions in the auto service, causing inconvenience for those relying on it for transportation.

I absolutely loved my time living in that society! It's been four years since I left, but the memories are still fresh. The modern amenities were top-notch, with facilities like lifts and CCTV cameras making me feel safe and secure. The flats were well-ventilated, which made living there comfortable and pleasant. But what really made my experience memorable was the friendly and welcoming atmosphere created by the people living there. It felt like a true community where everyone looked out for each other. Overall, it was a fantastic place to live, and I'm grateful for the wonderful memories I made there.
Things need improvement
I didn't like the noise from nearby flats. It bothered me because it made it hard to relax or focus. Even after trying to fix it by talking to neighbors or asking for help, the noise still bothered me sometimes. It made living there less enjoyable for me.

Good things here
I find it quite convenient that we have public transport available right within our society. It saves me a lot of time and hassle, especially on busy days. Additionally, the people here are really nice. It feels like a tight-knit community where everyone is friendly and helpful. It's comforting to know that I have good neighbors around me. Despite some shortcomings, these aspects really make living here enjoyable.

The traffic in our area is a real headache. It's always crowded and busy, which means it takes forever to get anywhere. It's frustrating because it feels like we're always stuck in a traffic jam. And then there are the parks � they could be so nice, but they're not well looked after. It's disappointing to see such potential wasted because of poor maintenance. Plus, the swimming pool is tiny! There's hardly any space to swim or relax.

Good things here
Auto cabs are easily available nearby the society, and there is a local market nearby as well. The security system for the residents is high-quality. Cleanliness is top-notch, with regular mopping and sweeping done in the society. There are no seepage and leakage issues in the society. Allocated parking areas are provided for both owners and visitors in the society. The crowd of people is really good and understanding in the society.
Things need improvement
During summers, there are water supply issues in the apartments, and the society has pesticide issues in the apartments. Maintenance charges are a bit high in the society, and parking has to be purchased by the owner.

Good things here
The gardens are well-maintained, security is good, and the housekeeping staff is helpful. Nearby, there are grocery shops, and services like Big Basket, Ola, and Uber are easily accessible. Clinics and schools are also available
Things need improvement
The construction quality was poor, with gaps between tiles in the bathroom leading to water seepage and dampness on the walls. There are numerous cracks in the walls, and tiles in the bathroom and kitchen are also loose. Society maintenance was bad, leading to hygiene issues, and promised amenities like a clubhouse and swimming pool were absent; only a small gym was provided. Cockroach infestation was prevalent, and the roads were in poor condition, often flooding knee-deep during rains. Electricity and water supply were unreliable, especially during summer. Due to these reasons, I decided to leave the society.
