Maintenance problem is not there. WFH crowd will not face problem with mobile network but construction noise is still there since project is coming up in phases. Area is safe and secure with some water logging in monsoon season.

Builder has given great construction quality and amenity. Security in complex is good and maintenance service respond fast. Moreover, there is a good parking space and the location is safe also. It is the best investment for long-term.
