Good things here
Quality of construction is ok. Material used in plumbing and furniture is of good quality. Location is good.
Things need improvement
Piped Gas connection has not yet come, parking not yet functional, waste material is lying in the compound. No space for kids to play or for residents to walk. Lifts and common area are not cleaned properly.

As an IT employee this place is highly demanded for me. The vicinity has also a decent connection with highways and roadways to provide a connectivity with the another parts of the city.

I am so far happy with project experience. Overall area safety is good, complex safety is also there. Mobile tower issue is not there.
