I am so far happy with project experience. I got the 3D version of rooms and overall project, i am really convinced. Still being constructed so dust and all is there but temporary. Overall area safety is good, complex safety is also there. Mobile tower issue is not there. Several famous temples, wildlife sanctuaries and many other tourist spots are located at close proximity of this place.

It is one of the good projects but I feel that this is quite expensive than other projects around. Though it is located in an industrial area, the cost of living is high. The location is connected with the heart of the city and therefore it will create a lot of traffic congestion in the peak hours. The construction of the roads is also not good and there is also a small space for parking area. I also feel that the surrounding creates a lot of pollution because of the other construction going on. The area is a bit noisy too. I would suggest everyone look for other projects before investing in this one.
