Good things here

Auto cabs were readily available around the society. There were also grocery shops and a nearby market. Garbage collection was conducted daily, with separate collection for wet and dry waste. The build quality was excellent, with no issues of leakage or seepage. Rooms were spacious and well-ventilated. All amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, kids play area, and gym were available and well-maintained. Allocated parking spaces were provided for owners and visitors, with security trained to oversee parking areas. The security of the society was ensured with CCTV surveillance and migrant facilities utilized by security guards. The quality of roads outside the society was good, with no water logging issues. The society benefited from 24-hour water and electricity supply, including BMC water allocation.

Things need improvement

Most of the residents in the society were families, and bachelors were not allowed to live in the society. Additionally, the rent in the society was on the higher side, making it unaffordable for bachelors. Power backup facilities were provided only for common areas of the society.

Good things here

The maintainance of the society is very good, society is properly maintained and kept clean. Everything is available in public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. The connectivity is very convinient. The society is well connected with market areas, grocery store, schools, malls, restaurants all are nearby the society. The infrastructure of the buildings are good. Seepage and leakage issues are not faced as such in the society, there are no fitting issues. The construction quality of the buildings is pretty good. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area are available in the society.

Things need improvement

Sometimes water supply issues are faced as we don't get corporation water, we get tanker water in the society. The water we receive is hard as we receive tanker water.

I am thoroughly impressed with our society. The maintenance is top-notch, always ensuring everything runs smoothly. Things need improvement

While our society has many great features, connectivity is a significant issue. It's often challenging to get an Ola, which can be quite frustrating when trying to commute. This is an area that definitely needs improvement to enhance overall convenience for residents

The society was connected to the highway, and Ola and Uber were easily available. There was no issue of leakage or seepage in the society, even though it was old. All modern amenities were available, and residents were cooperative and good. Festivals were celebrated together. Water was available 24/7, and cleanliness was maintained. The lifts were well-maintained, and security was efficient.

Autos were not easily available near the society; one had to walk for 3-5 minutes ahead to find them. Additionally, bachelors were not allowed in the society.

Maintenance charges are justified. The lifts are well-maintained. There is enough greenery. Festivals are celebrated. All modern amenities are available in the society. The residents are friendly. There are no traffic issues nearby the society. Public transportation is easily available.

Things need improvement

The society has some leakage issues in the swimming pool, skywalk, and podium garden. For drinking water, it is not supplied by the PMC, so tankers have to be called, and the water from these tankers is hard. Therefore, an RO purifier is needed at home.

Good things here

Power backup is provided by the society for both common areas and flats. Autos are readily available near the society. The society is connected to the highway. Malls and restaurants are all available nearby. Ola and Uber also come to the society. There is no issue with traffic. Garbage collection is done daily, and the society is very clean. Maintenance charges are normal. All modern amenities are available and well-maintained. There is a swimming pool, park, and walking tracks. There is visitor parking. There are no cracks on the walls. People are decent and educated, mostly from the IT sector. The society is pet-friendly.

The roads outside the society are a bit narrow. The water supplied by the Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) is available, but sometimes we need to call for tankers for drinking water. There is a power cut once a week

Good things here

Local transport is is easy to access near by the society. This is 12 years old costruction but the building goes under time to time maintenance so the build quality iss good and there are no leakage and seepage issues even the rooms are spacious attached with balcony. All the amenities are available in the society like swimming pool,Club house,gym,kids play area etc. Allocated parking is available for owners and visitor. maintenance charges are reasonable in the society. high security system as there are cctv in all the areas. All the festivals are being celebrated staring from new year to diwali in the society. Builder has provided full power back up facilities in the society.

There are not many essential shops available near by the society but the doorstep delivery is available so that not concern for modern people. Kids play area is quite small in the society ,so specially for kids extra amenities should be added.

I'm extremely satisfied with the maintenance services provided by our society. Over the past decade, they've been incredibly proactive in addressing any issues, ensuring our community remains in top-notch condition. Connectivity to markets is excellent, making errands and shopping a breeze. The presence of amenities like a swimming pool and gym adds to the overall appeal. Highly recommended!

While the maintenance efforts are commendable, there's still room for improvement, especially concerning seepage and leakage issues. Despite being addressed, they persist to some extent, causing inconvenience. Additionally, although connectivity to markets is convenient, there's a lack of emphasis on broader community engagement initiatives. Overall, satisfactory but not without areas that require attention.
