Good things here
Former resident. Everything is average in the society with all the amenities present in the society. Flats were huge and quite spacious and people were friendly and generous.
Things need improvement
There is no power back up in the society which is big concern. Water clogging inside during rainy season. Built quality is not that great lot of seepage issues.

Good things here
The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, restaurants are available outside the society. The society is very peaceful. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Water supply is good. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society. Other facilities like gym, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. Garden is available. The view from the flat is very good. Security system is good, CCTV is available. Security guards are available. Security apps are used. Safe for kids and women.
Things need improvement
Drinking water is not available 24*7 in the society. Power backup is available only for common areas in the society. electricity issues is faced, power cuts happened sometimes The constructuion quality average, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society.

Good things here
Local market,malls and restaurants were near by the society. 24/7 electricity supply in the society. high security system and time to time cleaniness was done in apartments. Allocated parking space for owners and visitors. All the people were helpful and kind in the society. Build quality was good no seepage and leakage issues in the society.
Things need improvement
Power back up facilities were provided to common areas only,sometimes there was water supply issues in the society. There was no amenities in the society.

Good things here
No water logging and traffic issues around the society,high security system was there and even though cleaniness was top notch in the society. Crowd of the people was good and helpful. Build quality is great like no leakage and seepage issues in the society.

Society was really good to live in but the there was no amenities in the society only undergaround parkirg space was there for the owners and visitors.

Good things here
Allocated parking space for the owners and visitors. Build qualiy is great like there was no leakage and seepage issues in the society. Cleaniness was top notch,lift was maintained properly. Auto ,cabs were easily available in the society. Crowd of the people is good and no discrimination between owners and tenants.
Things need improvement
The society is not at all customer friendly ,like you have to do documentation each time at the entrace and even though if you are tenant you have to do police verifcation of each luggage you area carrying. there is no walking space and amenities in the society,small gym and small kids play area is there.

Good things here
The connectivity of the society was good because public transport was easily available, and schools, markets, and hospitals were all nearby. Everything in the society was very good overall, and my experience there was excellent.
Things need improvement
The society was overall good; it would have been even better if there was a swimming pool there.

Good things here
The best part about the society is the recycling system of the water like all the waste water use in wash basin get accumulated and used for the purpose of flushing in the toilet.

There was no amenites in the society only gym and small kids play area was there which was not even well equipped.

Society has good connectivity like school and hospitals were at walkable distance from the society.High security system and proper garbage disposible system has been adopted in the society.All the festivals are being celebrated in the society.Rooms were spacious isolated and sound proof.Build quality is good and strong.Allocated parking space for the owners and guest.
Things need improvement
There was no amenities like swimming pool,club house,gym,clubhouse only one kids play ara was there in the society.

Good things here
There are schools and hospitals near by the society. There is no traffic and water logging issues around the society. Construction quality of the society is really great there is no issues regarding leakage and seepage in the society. High security system in the society,cctv were there all over the society. Cleanines was good in the society.
Things need improvement
There was no power back up facilities in the society. gym was not that good like quuiptments were old and some of the were not well maintained. There was no as such socialism in the society

Connectivity of the society is really good as local transportation facilities were easily available near by the society even local market and essentials were easily available near by the society. Rooms of the apartment are spacious and isolated there was spacious balcony in the society. cleaniness was good in the society,time to time garbage collection is done in the society.
Things need improvement
There was semi amenities in the society like there was only one ground and gym and garden in the society. No as such festivals were celebarted in the society. there was no biomatrix on the entrance of the society.
