Buses are easily available. The society is connected to the main road, which is 3-4 km away from the society. Painting is done on time, usually once every two years, around Diwali. The society is clean. Amenities include a swimming pool and a gym. The security and CCTV services are very good there.
The society's maintenance is very poor. Auto and cab services are not easily available. Parking is reserved for owners, which creates problems for tenants as they don't get parking spots. The lift malfunctions frequently. While electricity is generally reliable, outages can last up to 18 hours when they occur. Internal maintenance is not good, and there are issues with leakage and seepage in both the flats and common areas. The gym has inconvenient timings, open only for 2 hours in the morning and 3 hours in the evening. Long-term residents form their own groups, and there is a separate group for South Indians, who are not very friendly with newcomers and keep to themselves. The flats do not have proper ventilation.

Outside the society, there are convenient local shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, schools, and restaurants. The society itself is equipped with CCTV inside its premises and has available security guards. Lifts are operational and well-maintained. Construction quality is generally good, although occasional issues like seepage, leakage, and plaster problems may arise. Residents are friendly and cooperative, coming together to celebrate cultural festivals and events.
Other facilities such as the gym, park, clubhouse, and children's play area are available in the society, but there is room for improvement in these amenities.

The society boasts good connectivity with easily available public transport. The apartments have proper ventilation, good plaster and fitting, and benefit from regular garbage collection with wet and dry segregation. Electricity supply is steady, and the gym and clubhouse are well-maintained. The elevators are reliable and maintained, and the CCTV cameras and 24/7 security guards enhance safety. The neighbours are nice and friendly.
There are fixed timings for drinking water, which can be inconvenient. The maintenance rate is high, and there are seepage issues, especially in the top-floor apartments.

Area around the society was quite peaceful and the atmosphere was so calming. Transportation was also easily approachable around the society even bus services were available near by the society. All the modern amenities like swimming pool ,club house,gym,kids play etc was available and everything was functional and well eqquiped. High security system had been adopted as biomatrix and cctv both the faciltiies were available and garbage collection was done on daily basis. All the festivals were celebrated in the society and everybody was quite coperative.
Earlier there was issue regarding leakage and seepage which was fixed by managing committee. Swimming pool was maintained and functional during summers only. Sometimes there were issues regarding water supply.

All the amenities are available in the society like swimming pool club house gym ,kids play area. garden. Quality of the construction is good like there are no issues regarding seepage in the society. Allocated space for owners and visitors. maintenance charges are reasonable and managing commitee is working accordingly. Society celebrated all the cultural events,Sports day there is proper walking space is available in the society security is good as all the areas are under cctv survilance.
Geographically wakad is away from the pune and pune railway station is in centre so that is away from the society but you can approach for local transport. There is no metro line near by the society till now. Power back up is available for common areas only.

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available outside the society. Metro station is available nearby the society. seepage and leakage issues are not seen in the flats, The construction quality of the buildings is good. Water supply and electricity are available for 24*7 in the society. Other Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area are available in the society, all are well maintained. The maintainance of the society is very good, hygine is also maintained. The society is kept clean. Parking space is available. Visitor's parking space is also available. Lifts work properly, and timely maintainance are done. The road quality outside the society is good for which water logging issues does not happen.
I don't have any problems or complaints with my society. The society is very well-maintained, and there is no need for any further improvement

Neighborhood is friednly, people are kind and helpful if and when needed. Auto and cabs are easily available right outside the society, there is not much issue with public transportattion.
Its a new society and hence maintenance is not taken care of actively. there is seepage issues througghout the flat. Builder didnt fix a lot of things due to which most of the problems are arising. Swimming pool is not accessible due to dirty water in it and people are not able to use it. There is gym but the equipments int he gym are not working

Flats were very specious, and amenities were very well maintained. these are the main plus points of the society. utility water was 24*7 available. drinking water needed to store but was never had any issue. connectivity was great schools were at 200miter distance, market, restaurants were nearby. security was properly maintained. visitor parking was great. power backup was for common areas and also each flat has one backup point.
Shopping malls are 1. 5 km away from the society. construction work was going on near to the society, due to which, traffic jam and air/noise pollution was the issue.

Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society. Water supply is very good. No such major electricity issues is faced. Power backup is available The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Balcony is available, and spacious. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, parks, play area for kids are available in the society. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society. Visitor's parking is available. Parking space is available.
The society lacks a spa and banquet hall, limiting recreational and event amenities. Introducing these facilities would enhance residents' lifestyle, offering opportunities for relaxation and social gatherings.

Connectivity is good as local transport and essentials are easy to approach near by the society.Quality of the construction is good ,rooms are well designed,Parking area is quite spacious and big.There are gym,kids play area,club house,temple,walking track etc are available in the society.High security system there were 1 security gaurd assigned for each wing and 2 gaurds were there on entrance.
There is no solar panel and generator are available for common areas and lifts.This is family residency and bacholers are not allowed in the society.
