I feel that the connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are easily available outside the society. Metro is quite near the society. We don't face any parking issues in the society. The road quality outside the society is quite good and street lights are peoperly functional. CCTV cameras are installed. Issues are resolved on time. there are no such water logging issues inside the society, society has got good drainage system. Amenities and facilities like gym, swimmingpool, park, play area for kids are available in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and copperative, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society. The environment of the society is very good, it's peaceful Fire estinguishers are available for safety features.
There is no guest parking available in the society. There is no space inside the society. I don't think the maintenance is good enough according to the charges they take. There is not much cleanliness done in the society. Lifts are available and it is not functional properly sometimes. Lifts are properly not maintained. construction quality of the buildings is not good, seepage and leakage issues are faced in the apartments. Plaster comes off easily. There is no club house and medical stores inside the society.

There was not am issue with anything. Everything was very good in the society and was well maintained. People was also kind and halping nature. Amenities were also well maintained.

The society location is good. Road wuity us also good nearby the society. Society shines through its pristine state, free of leaks or seepage. Accessible transportation choices, like buses, auto rickshaws, and taxis, simplify reaching different services and destinations, supporting daily travelers. Residents appreciate the proximity of lively markets, grocery stores, healthcare facilities, and educational institutions, spanning schools to colleges. The expansive park provides children with an ideal spot for play and leisure. Renowned for their warmth and hospitality, community members create an inviting atmosphere. Connectivity is the best part of this society. Cultural events are celebrated together. Elevators and cctvs are well maintailed. Water supply and eectricity is properly available.
There is no problem in the society and no issue with anything. . People of the society is good and cooperative. There is no issue with Water supply and electricity. Overall the experience was good.

Access to auto rickshaws and buses near the society further facilitated convenient transportation options for residents.
Parking spaces were allocated for owners, while tenants had to purchase them separately, posing a discrepancy in accessibility. Leakage issues were prevalent in the flats, causing inconvenience to residents. Moreover, the absence of a nearby local railway station and metro in the area further limited transportation options for residents, highlighting a need for improved connectivity infrastructure.

Parking allotment numbers provided through the app make for easy reference. Proximity to a bus stand adds to commuting convenience. Cleanliness is well-maintained within the society. The availability of swimming and gym areas offers residents recreational options. Member cards streamline access to facilities. Additionally, proactive maintenance services ensure the smooth functioning of the society.
There were issues with the infrastructure of the society such as seepage and leakage, but they have been slowly getting resolved. However, there is still some disturbance in a few flats due to this ongoing issue.

Local transport facilities were available near the society. The build quality was great with no leakage issues. All amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, kids play area, garden, and park were available and well-maintained. Allocated parking for owners and visitors was provided. CCTV cameras were installed in all areas, and guards were stationed at each entrance to verify individuals entering the society. There was 24-hour water and electricity supply. The community was friendly, and all festivals were celebrated�in�the�society.
In my experience living in the society, I haven't encountered any access issues, but one drawback is that public transport facilities are not available�nearby.

Leakage and seepage survey is done every year in which all the issues related to it is fixed. Most of the residents use private vehicle but if and when needed there is also public vehicle right outside the society. There is timely garbage collection and when the electrcity goes out the power back is there. There is a swimming pool in the society and poeple are very co-ordial
Maintenance is not pro active. The way they treate residents and tennats is very difefrent. Lifts are not working properly, there is no CCTV and they get stuck at times.

The managing team should be more attentive towards the problems that occur in the society. The major issue with the society was the leakage problem, and the construction quality should be improved.

The nearby market area is not very convenient, which can be a drawback for residents needing to shop for essentials. the walls in the apartments are weak.

Build quality is really good as there are no issues regarding leakage and seepage in the society.Railway station and bus stop is near by the society so the connectivity is really great.All the modern amenities are there in the society like swimming pool,club house gym and eveything is fully functional even tenants are allowed to use them in the society.Allocated parking is there owners and visitors in this society.
Power back up facilities were not there i the society like there was solar panel or generator in the society.
