Good things here

Living here is convenient because I have easy access to market areas and auto-rickshaws, making it simple to run errands and commute. I appreciate the gate app, which enhances security and allows me easy access to the premises. The lifts are equipped with CCTV cameras, which makes me feel safe and secure while using them within the premises. Having security guards stationed in front of towers adds an extra layer of protection for me as a resident, enhancing my sense of security. I'm grateful for the availability of parking in the basement, providing me with a designated space for my vehicle and making parking hassle-free.

Things need improvement

The lack of segregation of colors in garbage collection indicates a need for better waste management practices within our society. It's important to separate waste properly to promote recycling and reduce environmental impact. Seepage issues in residential areas detract from the overall living experience and require immediate resolution. Addressing these issues promptly is essential to maintain the quality of life for residents. The availability of open area parking poses challenges, especially considering the increasing number of vehicles per household. Finding adequate parking space can be difficult and may require better planning or alternative solutions. The absence of visitor parking is inconvenient for guests, and utilizing space outside the society for this purpose could alleviate the issue.

Good things here

Schools, hospitals, and markets are conveniently nearby. Each resident has designated parking, which is great. There's good connectivity with public transport options like buses, autos, and cabs readily available, and the roads are well-maintained. Regular garbage collection with proper segregation of wet and dry waste is done efficiently. Elevators are installed, and both electricity and water supply are reliable. The construction quality is excellent, with proper ventilation and good plaster and fittings. Modern amenities like a gym and clubhouse are available. Our very nice and friendly neighbors have been staying here for a long time, and we enjoy and support each other. CCTV cameras and security guards provide a sense of safety.

Things need improvement

Painting is not done timely, and the elevators get damaged frequently. Seepage and termite issues are a concern. The amenities are not well-maintained, which diminishes their usefulness. Additionally, there is no Resident Welfare Association (RWA) to address these problems effectively, the builders themself do whatever they want and if there's any issue we ask them but no proper reply is received.

Good things here

The connectivity was good, with medical facilities available, and the area was completely developed with schools nearby. All facilities were within reach, and there were regular pest control and fogging activities in the society. Additionally, amenities like a gym, clubhouse, and playground for children were available. Safety and security were also good in the society.

The construction quality wasn't very premium, there were minor issues, and there was a leakage problem in the basement. The society hadn't been painted for quite some time. The swimming pool was small compared to the size of the society, and there were traffic issues. The builder didn't put in enough effort, and there was a seepage issue in the basement parking area. Additionally, the quality of paint wasn't very good.

Good things here

The connectivity here is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for me to get around. Plus, maintenance is always on point, so I never have to worry about it. On top of that, amenities like the well-equipped gym, inviting clubhouse, and refreshing swimming pool ensure there's always something to do. But what I appreciate the most is the infrastructure � no leaks, no seepage, and definitely no waterlogging issues. Last but not least, the sense of community here is fantastic. We celebrate all the festivals together, embracing our diverse backgrounds and cultures, which makes for a truly enriching experience.

In the past, the society had some issues, but over time, proper initiatives were taken, and all those shortcomings have been overcome. Currently, there are no major issues with the society.

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, bus, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. Metro station is nearby the society. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. CCTV is installed inside premises of the society.Security system is good in the society. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. The constructuion quality is good in the Building, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Water supply is good in the society, no such problems are faced regarding water supply. electricity issues are not faced in the society. Drinking water is avilable for 24*7 in the society. Water logging issues are not faced at all, drainange system of the society is good. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, play area for kids and club house are available in the society. People are friendly and cooperative in the society, all the festivals and events are celebrated together in the society. Garden and parks are very good and maintained properly.

Good things here

The connectivity is just okay in the society, in terms of public transportation you can get a cab or auto after waiting for awhile, Maintenance. of the society is average like nothing exceptional that is being done by the society in this matter Along with good neighbors, they have basic amenities in the society

The connectivity to the society is very good as the nearest metro station is just 2 km away and school, hospital and college is within the radius of 2 to 3 km and the market is at a walking distance

The society is sometimes not maintained and kept clean. The housekeeping staffs sometimes neglect the cleanliness and society remains dirty sometimes. The swimmingpool is not maintained properly, it remains dirty and can't be used. constructuion quality is not good in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. Security guards are available, but the security system is not at all good in the society. Once a man was seen with a gun in the society, and there were loss of valuable things from other residents of the society. The society is not safe and the security is not strong enough.

Good things here

In the last 5-6 years, there haven't been any issues regarding the construction quality; it's been consistently good. Public transport is available until midnight, making connectivity as excellent as in Apex society. The swimming pool and gym are well-maintained, and there's ample parking space. With 250 flats in the society and 340 parking spots, there's enough parking for everyone. Additionally, there's a beautiful temple within the society�premises.

There is potential for improvement in greenery around the society, but efforts to enhance it have not been successful yet. Additionally, there is no metro station nearby; the nearest one is 2 km away. There are minor issues like occasional power cuts, especially during the�summer�months.
