Residents benefit from convenient cab services available even during late hours, ensuring safety and accessibility. Recently, during an emergency at night, prompt cab service within 5 minutes of booking exemplified the excellent service standards. Food delivery services from Zomato and Swiggy further add to the convenience. The proximity of well-established schools and hospitals enhances the quality of life for residents. Additionally, nearby malls and theaters provide entertainment options. The society ensures efficient garbage collection and disposal, contributing to a clean environment. Regular painting and waterproofing maintenance prevent issues with seepage, ensuring residents' comfort. A well-maintained swimming pool with separate sections for kids ensures safety and enjoyment. The community comprises sweet, highly educated, and cooperative neighbors, fostering a friendly and supportive environment.
Things need improvement
The absence of a nearby metro station poses a transportation challenge for residents, requiring them to rely on alternative modes of transport to access the metro station. Additionally, residents residing in buildings located at the cornermost face difficulties with sunlight penetration, impacting the overall ambience and comfort within those areas of the society. Furthermore, the recurring issue of waterlogging in the basement and parking areas, exacerbated during the rainy season, necessitates attention and mitigation measures to ensure the safety and convenience of residents.

I love the connectivity of our society, it's so convenient to have auto rickshaws, buses, and cabs easily accessible just a short walk away. The wide roads here mean we rarely face any major traffic issues, which is a huge relief. arking space is available and allocated for everyone. Having malls, local shops, supermarkets, schools, and restaurants right outside our society makes running errands or grabbing a bite to eat incredibly convenient. I appreciate how well-maintained our society is; the maintenance services are prompt, and cleanliness and hygiene are always a priority. Garbage collection is done on time. The maintenance charges are affordable, the elevators are well-maintained. I love that we have amenities like a gym, swimming pool, park, clubhouse, and play area for kids, all of which are kept in excellent condition. The presence of security guards and properly functioning CCTV cameras adds an extra layer of safety and security to our community. Overall, the people in our society are friendly and social, regular painting and upkeep are done to keep the buildings looking fresh and well-maintained.
Things need improvement
Unfortunately, seepage and leakage are common issues in many of the flats here. The construction quality of the buildings seems to be average, which likely contributes to these problems. It can be frustrating to deal with these issues, as they often require ongoing maintenance and repairs.

Living in my society offers exceptional convenience and connectivity. Autos and cabs are readily available, ensuring easy transportation options. Nearby, we have access to markets, grocery stores, schools, malls, and restaurants, making it incredibly convenient for daily errands and leisure activities. The roads are impeccably smooth, and the presence of a metro station nearby adds to the accessibility. Maintenance services in our society are top-notch, ensuring everything is in excellent condition. Elevators are well-maintained and functional, providing convenience to residents. We enjoy uninterrupted water supply and electricity, eliminating any concerns in that regard. The vibrant community in our society makes living here truly enjoyable, with residents coming together to celebrate various festivals and events. Parking space is ample and allocated to all residents. Additionally, amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and play area further enhance our living experience.
Things need improvement
The constructuion quality is average in the society as the building is old, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in my appartment. Rooms could have been more ventilated.

Metro station is still under construction. I feel that this a a perfect society to live in and other societies should learn from our socieety how to maintain everything properly.

Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, bus, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. The constructuion quality is good in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. The society is properly maintained and kept clean. Regularly Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. Open space parking is available. Security guards are available. CCTV cameras are properly installed and functions properly. People staying in the society are friendly and copperative.
Things need improvement
Fire estinguishers are not available. There are many safety features which are not available in the society. Amenities like gym, swimming pool, club house and parks are not available in the society.

It's challenging to identify any negatives about Bhoomi Acres as there are hardly any, if at all. It's the kind of society where drawbacks are few and far between. The management, overseen by both the society committee and the builder, ensures that the community is well-managed and looked after.

Overall living experience of the society was really great,Build quality was good,strong and steady no issues at all in the society.All the social events were happening in the society.High security system so all the areas were under cctv survilance.High maintenance in the society like lifts were mainatined well.there were schools and hospitals near by the society.

Amenities were average as it was not premium construction kind of the society so eveything was there but not that premium comparitively.

Good things here
Local market and groccery shop are near by the society. There are good schools and hospitals near by the society . Time to time garbage collection is done in the society. High security system in the society as cctv and mygated both the facilities has been adopted in the society. All the festivals are celebrated in the society overall socialism is good. Society is neat,clean and well maintained. All the modern amenities are available in the society like swimming pool,club house,garden. gym etc. Allocated space for parking for owners and visitors.
Things need improvement
Build quality of poor as there are issues regarding leakage and seepage which owner has to it fix themselves. Power back up is available for common areas only and single unit in the flats.
