Good things here
The society is well-maintained and safe for families. It is conveniently connected to main roads and highways, making it easy to travel around. The routine maintenance is good, and there is a beautiful park with lots of greenery. However, I feel that the society could use a more modern look to enhance its overall appeal.
Things need improvement
The limited number of apartments available. The location is excellent, and the apartments themselves are beautiful. However, I am concerned about the degradation in upkeep and the lack of control over society functions. The parking situation has become chaotic, making it difficult for vehicles to move around.

The apartment complex is very secure with a small number of units, in a great location, and beautifully designed. It has ample space for vehicle movement and parking, a guard room, generator house, and a small lawn for children to play. The society is well-maintained and safe for families, with easy access to main roads and highways.
Things need improvement
There is a problem with personal cars occupying the roundabout road at night, causing congestion. There seems to be a lack of improvements being made in the society, and a more modern look is needed for the community.
