Good things here
The maintenance of the society is very good, with cleanliness both inside and outside being very well-maintained, ensuring a clean and hygienic environment. Security is also very good; the security guards are active, and there is active surveillance throughout the society. Parking areas are spacious, providing ample space for residents and visitors alike. Connectivity is also very good, with cabs and autos easily available if we book through Ola and Uber. Water facilities are excellent, available 24/7, and power backups ensure uninterrupted supply. Garbage collection is systematic and efficient, with separate bins for wet and dry waste, contributing to a clean environment. People are very respectful and approachable in the society. Amenities such as the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are well-maintained and available. Maintenance charges are reasonable, ensuring good value for the services provided.
Things need improvement
Construction quality is poor; there are some external cracks on the walls, which is very concerning. Maintenance charges are expensive, making it inconvenient. Roads are not in good condition, affecting accessibility.

In this society, there are a total of two buildings with approximately 80 families residing within. The construction quality of these buildings is excellent, owing to recent construction efforts, and nearly all flats boast good ventilation. This gated community is commendably safe, due to stringent security measures and round-the-clock staff availability. Residents enjoy convenient access to major facilities, including bus stops, schools, hospitals, and various markets, all located within a 2km radius of the society. Festivals and events are celebrated with joy. The society's amenities are also impressive, having a gym, swimming pool, and garden area. Maintenance services ensure continuous access to water and electricity, provided 24/7. The maintenance charges are reasonable which around Rs. 2000 per month.
Things need improvement
The approach road to this neighborhood is in poor condition, causing inconvenience for residents. Additionally, there is no metro connectivity in this area.

This small society comprises approximately 90 families who enjoy a close-knit and friendly atmosphere. Events are celebrated joyously within the community. Conveniently located within walking distance from the society are supermarkets and vegetable shops, ensuring easy access to essential amenities. Moreover, bus stops and schools are within a 1. 5km radius of the society. Maintenance facilities within the society are excellent, with uninterrupted water supply and reliable power backups. Garbage collection services operate regularly, and good cleanliness and hygiene within the community. The society has excellent amenities, including a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, and well-equipped play areas for children.
Things need improvement
The roads in front of our society are in very poor condition, causing inconvenience to all residents while traveling. There are some seepage issues due to the older constructions.

Connectivity via cabs and autos is easily available in the society if booked online, which is convenient. Maintenance is done regularly; everything is well-maintained. Water facilities are very good, and power backup ensures continuous availability. Garbage collection is very good; they collect it regularly ensuring cleanliness. Construction quality is good, though there are some issues in a few units in the society. Amenities like swimming pools, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play areas are available and well-maintained. Parking areas are very convenient, with visitor parking spaces available in the society. Public transportation stations are available within a 500-meter radius, which is convenient.
Things need improvement
There is no metro nearby. Hospitals are available around 3-4 kilometers away, which is inconvenient. Maintenance should be improved in the society.

Living here is great! You've got everything you need within a short distance - ATMs, groceries, bus stops, and supermarkets are all less than a kilometer away. Plus, the street lights work, there's plenty of parking space, and maintenance is on point - they collect charges on time. Water, power, and the lift are reliable, and the place stays clean thanks to regular cleaning and garbage collection. The rooms are airy and well-built. And don't even get me started on the amenities - swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, playground for the kids, walking track, and a community hall.
Things need improvement
The road inside the society is in really bad shape, making life difficult for everyone here. It desperately needs repairs to make it easier and safer for everyone to get around, and to make living here more enjoyable overall.
