The well-maintained club and the spacious playground where kids can play. It's so convenient having shops right here in the society for our daily needs. The ample parking space and the lush green surroundings make it such a pleasant place to live. Plus, the easy access to public transport and nearby metro stations is a huge plus for getting around. And the security measures, with CCTVs and helpful security guards, really make us feel safe and secure.
The lack of a gym and parks within the society, which can be limiting for fitness and recreational activities. The unresponsiveness of security guards during emergencies is concerning and needs improvement for resident safety. The issue of an unmaintained swimming pool and water logging during the rainy season also impacts the overall attractiveness of the amenities.

There is one noise from the main roads can be quite bothersome, especially at night. I'm also disappointed by the small kitchen area and the poor quality of the woodwork and appliances. Additionally, dealing with hard water due to the absence of a water softening plant is a concern for me.

The building construction quality by Wave Ltd is impressive, with good lifts and strict security protocols in place. I also like the metro connectivity and the ample parking space provided in the society.
It's quite noisy because the society is between two busy roads, which can disturb the peace. The kitchen is also smaller than expected for the size of the flat, which can be inconvenient for families. And there's a problem with hard water because there's no water softening plant. I'd suggest thinking about these things carefully before investing a lot of money in a flat here.

The good security in the society, with helpful guards who make me feel safe. The well-maintained roads are great, especially for kids. And being close to major IT hubs, offices, malls, and metro stations makes life so much easier for me.
The noise from being between two main roads can be really bothersome, especially late at night. The small kitchen area and the poor quality woodwork in the flat can be disappointing, especially for families.
