Good things here
Friendly Apartment Owners. But still what they can do if the builders are delaying the construction of the Club house, gym, basketball court l, swimming pool, etc...

I have moved in as a tenant. As of today 21 September 2024 Amenities like Basketball court, Gym, Swimming Pool, Club House are still under construction :( . Builder has to speed up the construction as promised. The security mostly will never be at the gate. we have to call him and ask him to come at the gate. Nobody will turn on the lights of the outer area..

Good things here
It offers a blend of luxu practicality making it a desirable plac to live in. The prop boasts a spacio apa with contemporary designs, providing for a comfortable living place. It proximity to area such as schools, hospitals and shopping centers makes it a convenient place for families.
Things need improvement
There is nothing as such to dislike about the property it still being constructed in some parts. It's in a good location.

Good things here
Beautiful Ambiance, spacious rooms, well ventilated flats, professional security system, spacious for car parking, Management is always available to address the concerns, they ensure to get the issues resolved, dedicated full time engineers and supervisors always available to resolve the issue.
Things need improvement
Nothing as such, thankfully things are moving, though some minor work was piled up due to some issues, however its in pipeline.
