Connectivity options like cabs and autos are easily accessible in the society through Ola and Uber bookings. The water facility is excellent, available round the clock. Additionally, there's a power backup system in place. Garbage collection is efficient, with separate collections for dry and wet waste. Maintenance charges are quite reasonable. Amenities such as the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and badminton court are well-kept. There's also a designated visitors parking area. Schools are conveniently located nearby, within walking distance from the society.
Things need improvement
The construction quality in the society is lacking, with noticeable seepage and leakage issues on the walls. Additionally, the roads within the society are in poor condition. Pollution is prevalent in the vicinity due to nearby construction activities.

Water facility is very good in the society, available 24/7, and power backup is also available for common areas. People are very respectable in the society. Amenities like swimming pool are well-maintained, and the gym is also well-equipped and spacious. The clubhouse is very enjoyable, and the community is very good. Maintenance of lifts is very good, with immediate resolution of any issues.
Things need improvement
Maintenance charges are very expensive in the society, around 5000 rupees. There are some seepage issues in bathrooms, which is inconvenient. Additionally, there is pollution around the city due to ongoing construction around the society, which is inconvenient.

I have been living in this society for 17 years. It is spacious, calm, and peaceful. Within 1 km, residents can access various amenities like hotels, shopping malls, schools, and hospitals. The surroundings are hygienic, with frequent garbage collection. Construction-wise, there are no issues, and the flats receive direct sunlight. The amenities, including the swimming pool, gym, children's play area, and walking track, are well-maintained.
Things need improvement
During peak hours, traffic congestion is a problem in the society. Residents face delays and difficulties navigating the roads.
