Good things here
The society is having very large size parks and multiple areas to sit around. Also, there society is having a space between each apartment building i. e. it avoids congestion
Things need improvement
Society maintenance office does not respond on time. Also, the staff is not at all responsive Maintenance price is quite higher.

Good things here
As a tenant, I don't face any restrictions or additional charges for using society amenities. The people here are really friendly and soft-spoken.
Things need improvement
We're dealing with occasional leakage issues that everyone's facing, but the managing committee is actively addressing and looking into this matter.
