The construction quality of the buildings is also very good, ensuring durability and comfort for all residents.

The surroundings are good, and Vakil Townscape is only 2 minutes away from Jigani signal. The plot is large and there are flower parks and a kids park for children. A basketball court is under-construction.

I think Vakil Townscape is a beautiful place. It has all the basic amenities to fulfil the needs of the residents. There are some options for shopping only a few Kms from the building.
