Good things here
Auto cabs are easily available, making transportation very convenient. The maintenance team is very efficient, and there were no issues with leakage or termite problems during my stay. The gym, pool, and clubhouse are well-maintained, providing excellent amenities for all residents. Additionally, the people in the community are friendly and welcoming,
Things need improvement
It's challenging to find any areas that need improvement here, as everything seems to be in great condition. The amenities are well-maintained, and all essential services function smoothly. There's really nothing to complain about, which leaves little room for any significant enhancements.

Good things here
1) located 200 metesrs, walkable to Kengeri metro station. 2) No vehicle need to commute to any where in Bangalore. 3) Very good restaurants near by. 4) Very near by to Nice Road, 5 min drive.
Things need improvement
1) Need to pay Maintenance on time. 2) Need to have more house cleaning staff. 3) Need to have more functions.
