Good things here
Connectivity like cabs and autos are easily available in the society if we book Ola and Uber. Public transportation like buses is available within 200 meters from the society. Water facilities are provided 24/7 in the society, and power backup is also available. The power supply is very reliable in the society. Pet dogs are allowed in the society, but there are some restrictions. The greenery of the society is very good and the area is very calm. Facilities like grocery stores and vegetable markets are available within 300 meters from the society. Maintenance is very good in the society, with social facilities both inside and outside the society being very convenient and hygienic.
Things need improvement
There is no metro station nearby, so it is very inconvenient. The railway station is far from the society, around 3 kilometers away. The construction quality is poor; there are some seepage issues in the bathrooms and bedrooms of the flats. Sometimes during rain, water seeps through the windows into the flats.

Good things here
Getting around via cab or auto is a breeze here, whether you prefer booking Ola or Uber or catching an auto from the main road. The water supply is excellent, and we have reliable power backup. Bus services are conveniently close by, just within 100 meters from the city. The community associations are proactive and take care of everything within the society. Parking is sorted out for everyone, no worries there. We've got great amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and fun play areas for kids, all well-kept. Plus, grocery stores and supermarkets are just a short walk away, within 300 meters. And if you're into it, there's a temple nearby, about 400-500 meters, which is super convenient.
Things need improvement
The maintenance charges are on the pricier side, at around 10,000 rupees per month. Hospitals are a bit of a distance, about 5 kilometers away from the society, but they're still quite convenient to reach.

Good things here
The elevators are installed and well-maintained, with CCTV cameras and security guards ensuring safety. The construction quality is excellent with spacious apartments, no seepage or termite issues, and proper ventilation. The POP finish adds an aesthetic touch. Regular garbage collection is done with wet and dry segregation. The neighbors are very nice and friendly, always taking care of each other. There is good connectivity with easily available public transport like buses, autos, and cabs, and the roads are in good condition. Schools, hospitals, and markets are nearby, making daily life convenient.
Things need improvement
The only downside is the lack of amenities like gym or swimming pool, there isn�t even a garden. But honestly, everything else in the society is great, so I don't have much to complain about.

Amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, football court, and indoor games are available and well-maintained in the society. The community is very good in the society. The maintenance of the lawns is very good. Water facilities are excellent with 24/7 availability. Power backup is also available. Garbage collection is very good; they collect wet and dry waste separately. There are grocery shops and small vegetable markets available within walking distance from the society, which is very convenient.
Things need improvement
The road quality is very poor inside the society, making it very inconvenient to travel on the roads. The kids' play area should be improved in the society. There are fewer festival celebrations.
