Good things here
main thing is greenery...there is big garden in front of society and there is peaceful environment tp relax in evening...many benches for sitting..small ground and some games for children to play... connectivity is really good as auto and metro easily available amd at nearby distance...many english medium school available nearby for children...hospitals and small clinic are also there in emergency condition....
Things need improvement
main problem is safety as no street lights and many are not working so there is darkness after 9-10 pm and not safe for women...and criminal past criminal records of area is not good...another problem is neighbor as there frequently fighting between womens even in night for small problem...roads are not good nearby specially in moonsoon there is water logging...security is not as tight as many small robbery happens in past ..

Good things here
There is good access to easily available public transportation, including vehicles, buses, and taxis, and the roads are kept up nicely. There are good, modest, and amiable neighbors in the community. A security guard is here to make sure you're safe. The buildings have excellent ventilation, fittings, and plasterwork. They include modern, well-kept amenities like a clubhouse and gym. Regular waste management guarantees are provided. Residents have access to parking, and a hospital and grocery store are nearby. Lifts installed and maintained correctly. Power and water are always accessible. There are no leaks, seepage issues, or termite issues, indicating excellent building quality.
Things need improvement
There are no dislikes or improvements needed; the society is beautifully maintained and well taken care of at all times. Everything functions smoothly, ensuring a pleasant living environment for all residents. The management's efforts keep the community in excellent condition.

Good things here
The market is conveniently nearby, and the society has great connectivity with easily available public transport. Regular garbage collection with proper wet and dry segregation, consistent electricity and water supply, and excellent construction quality with no seepage or termite issues make living here comfortable. The ventilation is proper, and the neighbors are very nice and friendly. The presence of CCTV cameras and security guards adds to the safety.
Things need improvement
I'm an owner, but I had to leave the society due to a job transfer. Although I rented out my place, I can vouch for the overall excellence of the society. The only downside is the current lack of amenities, but they are under construction along with a new tower. Once that�۪s complete, it should be perfect.

Good things here
The connectivity in the society is excellent with easy access to public transportation like autos and cabs. The people are friendly and cooperative. There are no issues with cracks or seepage either. The cleanliness is also maintained on time, which is a good aspect of this society.
Things need improvement
He main issue for me here is the parking, as it gets very crowded. There is no gym, swimming pool, or kids' area either, which I think they should focus on improving.

Good things here
Everything is available in public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. The connectivity is very good. Metro station is available nearby the society. There are bearby Markets, grocery, schools, mall, restaurants available around the society The maintainance of the society is very good, hygine is also maintained. CCTV cameras are installed and it works properly all over the society. Lifts work properly. Seepage and leakage issues are not at all seen in my appartment, the construction quality is very good. Amenities are well maintained like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People are very good in the society, People are friendly and cooperative, festivals are celebrated together.
Things need improvement
Everything is available in the society. I'm not facing any issues in the society. There are no such improvements required.

Good things here
This society was located on main road so the transportation facilities was easily availabe even there was mall near by the society. All the modern amenities like swimming pool,club house,gym etc was available and tenants were allowed to use them without paying extracharges. ALlocated parking space was available for owners and visitors. Lifts were quite well maintained. Security was really good and all the areas were under cctv survilance.
Things need improvement
Power back up facilities was available for common lights and lifts only,there was no solar panel in the society. 24/7 water supply was not available. BMC water supply was bounded by time and limited so managing commitee has to approach to tanker service which increases maintenance charges.
