I'm really fortunate to be living in such a wonderful society. The maintenance here is top-notch, with well-functioning lifts and regular property upkeep. It's always nice to see how clean everything is, thanks to the regular cleaning and timely garbage collection. The construction quality of the flats and roads is excellent, which adds to the overall comfort and convenience. Plus, having green spaces and amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, and park right within the society is fantastic. And to top it off, the people here are incredibly friendly and cooperative, making it feel like a true community.
Inside our society, things are pretty smooth sailing. However, there's a recurring issue with the road nearby�it's often in poor condition, which can be quite inconvenient. Right next to our society, there's this spot where villagers dump garbage, and small hotels dispose of their waste, creating a mess and causing trouble for us. It's definitely something that needs to be addressed for a cleaner and healthier environment. Moreover, I've noticed a lack of greenery around our society. We don't have any gardens nearby, and there isn't one within our society either. It would be wonderful to have a garden, especially for children, where they can play and enjoy nature.

There are no issues with waterlogging, and the quality of roads around the area is good. Garbage collection, lift maintenance, and CCTV are well-maintained without any issues. Public transport like autos and rickshaws is easily available near the society. Grocery stores, malls, markets, and hospitals are all very close by. The locality is excellent, and transportation is good. There is parking available in the society.
In terms of amenities, there is only a small play area and a clubhouse in the society. There is no swimming pool, gym, or garden in the society. There is no metro station in this area. The roads around the society are not well-maintained; they are uneven and potholed. It seems like there is garbage lying around in the nearby market area, and there is no regular cleaning done there.

Living in my society was incredibly convenient, with public transportation vehicles easily accessible right from our doorstep. The nearby roads were well-maintained, making travel smooth and hassle-free. It was such a relief knowing that there were no construction quality issues like leakage or seepage to worry about, and all the modern amenities I needed were available within the community. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant place to call home.
In my society, everything is excellent and up to the mark; however, I've noticed that maintenance needs more attention. Despite the overall quality, there are occasional issues that arise, and it seems like they could be addressed more promptly or effectively.

Residents are friendly and cooperative, adhering to fixed parking rules and benefiting from the guidance of security guards. I believe there is room for improvement in maintenance, and I also suggest expanding our celebration of festivals

Power backup is provided for both flats and common areas in the society. There is sufficient ventilation and sunlight in the flats. Cleanliness is maintained, and water is available 24/7. There are no issues with leaks or seepage. The lifts are well-maintained. Residents are decent and celebrate festivals together. The roads outside the society are well-maintained, and there are no traffic issues. There is ample parking available for both residents and visitors. The play area and garden are well-maintained.
The society has a gym and swimming pool, but unfortunately, they are not maintained at all, so nobody uses them. Additionally, there is an issue with power cuts.

Residents are friendly and cooperative, often coming together to celebrate festivals and events like Ganpati and Navratri.
Unfortunately, the DMC doesn't provide water, so residents have to rely on water supply tankers for their usage. Additionally, the gym is not operable, and amenities like parks and mini-theaters are not provided.

Living here is wonderful; the residents are incredibly friendly, and there's a strong sense of harmony as everyone comes together to celebrate festivals. It's great to have all modern amenities available and well-maintained, with no issues of leaks or seepage in my flat. The water supply is sufficient, and cleanliness is well-maintained throughout the society. Plus, having autos readily available nearby adds to the convenience of getting around.
It's unfortunate that the roads outside the society are in poor condition, and it seems like their maintenance isn't up to the mark. This could potentially be a concern for residents and visitors alike.

There are 3 schools near by the society and even hospital is just 10 min walking distance from the society,Local transport is easy to approach near by the society,metro is just 10 min distance from the society. There is kids play area,football turf ,club house and there is lots of open space in the society. Security system is good in the society like there is security staff 24/7 in the society and all the areas are under cctv survilance in the society. Crowd of the people is really good and helpful. spacious parking for owners and visitors in the society.
Some of the units in A wing of this apartment were facing seepage issues though this is old construction but as such there are no cracks on the walls and there is no swimming pool in this society.
