Good things here
The road conditions around the society are perfectly fine, street light are properly functional at night as well. No major issue Regularly garbage collection is done by the society. I use both personal vehicle and public transport. Proper parking space is alloted to all residents. CCTV are installed all over the society. There are nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants available just outside the society. The rooms are properly ventilated with access to sunlight in all rooms. The society celebrates festivals and events where all the people in the society participates together.
Things need improvement
Most of the times public transport are not available, personal car has to be used for travelling. Most of the time elevators are not maintained and maintenance is not done on time. The construction quality of the buildings are not good as it is old. seapage and leakage issues has happened a lot. Cleanliness needs to be improved. Security is a major concern as stray dog issues are happenning a lot. Even pet related issues are also faced. Sometimes traffic issues are also faced. Water quality and maintenance is poor. All Amenities like swimmingpool, park, club house are not available in the society

Good things here
Festivals like Holi and Diwali are celebrated. Cleaning and garbage collection are good. The maintenance of the lift, CCTV, and security guards is good. Ventilation is proper, and there are no issues with seepage. Both covered and uncovered parking is available.
Things need improvement
There are no malls, markets, or grocery stores nearby, and public transport is not easily available. The society has amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and playground, but they are not well-maintained. The swimming pool is very dirty and not clean.

Good things here
The society has excellent connectivity with autos, cabs, metro, railway station, good roads, and buses. Maintenance is top-notch with working lifts, regular cleaning, garbage collection, and no high fees. The amenities include a garden, play area, gym, clubs, and a park. The neighborhood is friendly. Library is also available for senior citizens
Things need improvement
The buildings are very old and there is seepage. The old construction can be seen in the worn-out walls and outdated design. The swimming pool is not available.

Good things here
The society does have a swimming pool, but it's rarely used. The people in the society are friendly and come together to celebrate events and festivals. There are no issues with weak walls, and the maintenance of infrastructure like paintings and fittings is always taken care of promptly.
Things need improvement
It's a big hassle because the society has poor connectivity with cabs and auto-rickshaws. Booking cabs and getting around can be a real challenge due to the connectivity issues.

Good things here
It was super easy to catch a ride with auto-rickshaws, buses, or cabs whenever I needed one. They really kept the place tidy and well-maintained, even giving us a heads up if there was going to be a water cut. The buildings were solidly built and looked after nicely. Plus, there were awesome amenities like a swimming pool, gym, and clubhouse that were always in good shape. Despite a few stray dogs hanging around, they weren't bothersome at all. And hey, it's great knowing there's good security with CCTV cameras and well-kept lifts.
Things need improvement
Having just one shop inside the society feels a bit limited. It would definitely enhance convenience and options if there were more shops available. Having a variety of shops could cater to different needs and preferences of the residents.

Good things here
The society is very good. It is one of the best and clean societies in Greater Noida. The quality of construction is good, there is no seepage problem like there is in a lot of other societies in Noida / Greater Noida. The green area and space between towers is a lot better than other societies in Noida / Greater Noida.
Things need improvement
There is nothing to dislike about the society but the only problem here is that we do not have a proper market inside the society. Also it is a bit far from the metro rest its a nice experience living here.

Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants available outside the society. Metro is 4 kms away from the society. The maintainance services are good in the society, the society is kept clean. Water logging issues are not faced as such, drainage system is good in the society. Water supply and electricity is available for 24*7 in the society. Lifts work properly Pest control is done on time. Parking is available in the society. construction quality of the buildings is good, seepage and leakage issues are not seen in the apartments Balcony is also available. Security system is good Security guards are available. CCTV cameras are installed and functions properly. There are also safety features available like fire estinguishers facilities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. At night the society is safe. People are educated and cooperative in the society, some festivals and events are celebrated together in the society.
Things need improvement
Travelling issues are faced, as generally public transports are not available easily. Cabs needs to be booked for connectivity. Paintings and water proofings are not done on time. It takes a lot of time to resolve any issues that arises. Balcony is small in my appartment.

Varsha Stated public transport is nearby for them, All the amenties in the society like clubhouse, gym swimming fool are very maintained, They dont face any challenges living in the society. They neighbours are nice for me & it depends from person to person how they want to maintain the relation with others.

Varsha doesn't face any problem in the society. Over all it is a nice society.

The public transports like auto, bus, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. Malls are metro are available nearby the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbages collection is done on time. Drinking water is avilable for 24*7 in the society. No such electricity issues are faced in the society. Power backup is avilable in the society. Drainage system is good in the society, water logging issues are not faced. The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Security system is good in the society. CCTV is avilable. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, parks, play area for kids are available in the society.
Things need improvement
Water supply is not good in the society, sometimes problems are faced. its a matter of concern.

Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores are available around the society. collages, schools and hospitals all are nearby the society. Water supply and power supply in the society is good. The society is well maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Regularly Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. No major traffic issues are faced around the society. I have never faced any water logging issues in or around the society. The construction quality is quite better than other societies, seepage and leakage issues I have not faced. Security system is good Security guards are available. CCTV cameras are installed and functions properly. My flat has got spacious balcony. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house is available in the society, amenities are properly maintained and all are functional. There is ample space for play area and open walking tracks. People staying in the society are friendly and understanding in the society. Basement parking is also available.
Things need improvement
Electricity is a major issue in the society as there is no meter system, every single time recharge has to be done which is costly.
