Every resident has a designated parking spot, and the rules are strictly followed. There is regular garbage collection with wet and dry waste segregation, and reliable electricity and water supply. Modern amenities like a gym, garden, play area, swimming pool, and clubhouse are available and well-maintained. The neighbors are friendly and enjoy celebrating festivals together. Elevators work well, and there are CCTV cameras and security guards for safety.
The connectivity is problematic as autos, cabs, and buses are not consistently available, causing inconvenience for residents. Additionally, there are persistent leakage issues in the flats, frequent water supply disruptions, and water logging during rains, all of which require urgent attention.

Maintenance of lifts and CCTV is handled by a third-party service provider, and there are two lifts per block. Specific issues in the society are addressed by the maintenance team. Power backup is available, along with benches for senior citizens to sit. There are play areas and a community hall, as well as both covered and uncovered parking options in the society. Public transport is easily accessible on the main road. Malls, markets, schools, and hospitals are located within 3. 5 to 4 km. Cultural events like Diwali and Republic Day are celebrated, and the roads are of good quality with no issues of waterlogging.
The security guard does not maintain a professional standard. Metro station is expected to open within a 1 km radius soon. The quality of internal roads within the society is not very good, which causes some dust problems.

The construction quality of the flats is good, there are no issues with leakage or seepage. Ventilation is good, sunlight comes in well. Water supply is sufficient. The society is clean. The residents are nice. Security is good, recently fingerprint security has been installed.
The society doesn't have access to any local transport. Even reaching the main road is difficult. The roads outside the society are non-existent and have been severely damaged due to construction. There are no modern amenities in the society, just a small play area.

Auto-rickshaws are available, but the metro is under construction and will be just around 100 meters away when completed. The market is nearby, and there's no significant traffic issue. Malls and restaurants are within a 3 km radius, and we usually travel by car. The area is clean, with regular garbage cleaning, and a focus on hygiene. Water supply is constant, and there are no leakage or seepage issues in the flats, there is a kids' play area. The society has CCTV and guards. Residents are cooperative, and events are celebrated well.
The metro wasn't available for a while, but it's currently under construction. However, there is no gym, clubhouse, or swimming pool in the vicinity.
