Good things here
The maintenance of the society is very good, with very friendly staff. The parking is secure and spacious. The water facilities are very good, and there is a reliable power backup system. Garbage collection is very efficient; they collect wet and dry waste separately. Every minute detail is taken care of meticulously. Connectivity is excellent, and there are various amenities available within the society. Construction quality is very good, and there are no issues. Maintenance charges are reasonable. The hospital is about 1-2 kilometers from the society. Public transportation is available within walking distance from the society.
Things need improvement
Amenities like the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are not available in the society. There is no visitor parking area in the society. Additionally, there is no metro station nearby.

Good things here
Gym is well maintained with good equipments. Every festival is celebrate in the society like a family. Construction quality is good.
Things need improvement
Club house and swimming pool is not provided in the society. Water facility is poor.

Good things here
Very neat and tidy. Very good cooperative people. Well secured by quality security system round the clock. Metro water connectivity. Good rise from the road and hence no chance for water logging.

Not much amenities since it is 16 yr old. No swimming pool. Very small tiny gym. Pets are not allowed.
