Public transportation options, such as buses, are conveniently located within a 50-meter radius from the society. The metro station is also nearby, within 2 kilometers from the society. Essential facilities like grocery stores, supermarkets, and malls are available nearby. Parking areas are spacious, particularly in the basement of the society. Maintenance charges within the society are reasonable, and residents have the option to pay within their rent. The water facility operates smoothly 24/7, and power backup is also available within the society. Garbage collection is efficiently managed, with separate collection of wet and dry waste.
Things need improvement
Construction activities nearby may lead to some pollution in the flats, particularly with dust being a concern. Hospitals are located quite far from the society, approximately 3 kilometers away, which can be inconvenient during emergencies. Similarly, schools are also situated at a considerable distance, approximately 4 kilometers away from the society, making it less convenient for families with children.

Maintenance charges within the society are reasonable, offering good value for the services provided.

The construction quality within the society is indeed subpar. Walls exhibit poor quality, making it challenging to hang photos or drill holes as they crumble easily, revealing sand inside. This indicates a lack of structural integrity and maintenance. Despite being a 10-year-old building, the quality of doors and windows remains inadequate. These issues highlight the need for improvement and proper maintenance to ensure residents' safety and satisfaction.

Public transportation, like buses, is conveniently available within 200 meters from the society, making commuting easy. Power backup is also provided in case of power cuts within the society. Waste management practices are commendable, with daily separate collection of wet and dry waste. The residents are friendly and respectful. Metro stations are also within walking distance, approximately 300 meters away, adding to the convenience. Ventilation in the flats is excellent due to the open spaces. The walking areas are spacious and pleasant. Security is top-notch, ensuring the safety of the society at all times.

The maintenance charges are expensive, making it inconvenient for residents. The water facility is subpar, as the water comes into the tankers, causing inconvenience, and this reflects in the high charges. Construction quality is poor, leading to seepage issues and leakage in the roof of some units within the society. The swimming pool is closed, indicating inadequate maintenance. Additionally, there are traffic issues nearby, which further inconvenience residents.

Locality in the city is very good. Connectivity via cabs and autos is available if we book Ola or Uber. Maintenance is good, with excellent water facilities and reliable power backups. Garbage collection is very efficient; they separate waste well. Greenery in the city is also very good. Hospitals are available within walking distance for emergencies. Security in the society is very good, ensuring safety for residents.
Things need improvement
Construction quality is poor because it is a 20-year-old building, so there are some leaks and issues in certain areas that need attention. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are not available in the society. There are no nearby metro stations.

Good things here
I appreciated the good connectivity with easily available transport options like autos and cabs, and well-maintained roads. Having schools, hospitals, and markets nearby was convenient. Each resident having designated parking with rules being followed was a plus. The regular electricity and water supply were reliable. The neighbors were very nice, friendly, and cooperative. Regular garbage collection with proper segregation of wet and dry waste was well-managed.
Things need improvement
There were some drawbacks during my stay. Termite and cockroach issues were a concern, as well as leakage in certain areas. The gym was small and the equipment needed upgrading to improve quality.

Good things here
Neighbors are friendly and decent and they celebrate festivals together. The connectivity is great, all buses, auto, ola/uber everything is available here. All basic amenities like gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, schools, shopping complex is available here. It is neat and clean and well-maintained place . I am pretty happy to be here.
Things need improvement
Only issue here is related to construction leakage problem is here, hopefully that should be improved by the association. Or else it is a good place to live in.

The lifts in the society were well-maintained. There were no issues like leakage or seepage. Cleanliness was maintained, and autos and buses were easily accessible from the society.
Things need improvement
The society did not have any modern amenities such as a gym or swimming pool. The residents were not very friendly, and festivals were not celebrated together.
