Auto-rickshaws, rickshaws, and cabs are readily available near the society, making it easy for me to get around whenever I need to go somewhere. The street lights are in good working order, and the quality of the roads is commendable, ensuring smooth and safe travel within the area. Having a nearby market provides me with easy access to essential goods and services, making my shopping trips quick and convenient. I appreciate the ample parking space available in the society, which eliminates any worries about finding a spot for my vehicle. The management team does an excellent job of maintaining the society. From garbage collection to cleanliness and hygiene, everything is well taken care of. The lifts operate smoothly without any major issues, and amenities such as the gym, swimming pool, club house, and play area are well-maintained and functional, enhancing my overall living experience. The friendly and helpful nature of the residents fosters a strong sense of community. We often come together to celebrate cultural festivals and events. I'm glad to be part of a pet-friendly society where responsible pet ownership is encouraged and pet-related rules are followed diligently.
Things need improvement
Unfortunately, there are instances of seepage and leakage in various parts of the society, which can be both inconvenient and damaging to the property. These issues not only affect the aesthetic appeal of the buildings but also pose potential risks to residents' belongings and structural integrity. Additionally, there have been concerns regarding plaster problems within the society. Whether it's cracks in the walls or uneven plaster surfaces.

The society is situated in a prime location, with schools, malls, and restaurants nearby, making it convenient for residents. Local transport facilities are easily accessible, and there are multiple cafes and chemists in close proximity. The build quality is excellent, with no issues of leakage or seepage, and the fittings such as taps and walls are of good standard. All amenities, including a swimming pool, garden, clubhouse, and kids play area, are available and well-maintained by the maintenance team. Cleaning and garbage collection are conducted daily. The maintenance team efficiently addresses daily challenges and fixes issues promptly. The residents are cooperative, although there is discrimination observed towards special retainers. The society enjoys 24-hour water and electricity supply, and owners benefit from allocated parking spaces.
Things need improvement
Due to its prime location, the society experienced traffic congestion nearby. Additionally, amenities like the swimming pool and gym were restricted for tenant use, requiring additional charges which were deemed expensive. Furthermore, allocated visitor parking was not available, causing inconvenience when guests visited�the�society.

The hospital, school, local market, and public transport are all within 1 km. There�s a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, park, and volleyball court. It has covered parking and floor parking. There is no pollution, and the area is spacious.

The society benefits from its proximity to the railway station and bus stop, with additional local transport options readily available nearby. Residents enjoy access to modern amenities, all well-equipped and fully functional. Enhanced security measures, including 24/7 security guards and CCTV surveillance, provide peace of mind for residents. Festivals are celebrated together, fostering a strong sense of community. With plenty of open spaces and a positive atmosphere, it's a great place to live.
Things need improvement
The build quality of the apartment is lacking, evident from ongoing issues like ceiling leakage that management has been trying to resolve for three years without success. Additionally, the absence of solar panels and generators, except for lift operation, poses challenges during power outages.

Maintenance here is a real highlight. All the modern amenities are up and running smoothly, and they've been keeping everything in good shape with timely painting. Plus, they make sure to celebrate all the festivals, which adds a nice touch to the community vibe. Connectivity is top-notch, and there's reliable power backup in place. They've even thought about parking, providing allocated spots for both residents and visitors. Overall, it's pretty well taken care of.
Things need improvement
The society really has a lot going for it, both inside and out. But it's worth noting that they have a policy against allowing bachelors to reside there.

Local transport facilities and all the Essentials are available easily. all the modern amenities are present in the society. high security system has been provided. tenant can use any of the amenities without paying extra.
Things need improvement
Construction quality of society can be improved,sometimes there are leakage and seepage issues. Maintenance should also be enhanced, lift is concern sometimes. water supply issues are there in the society.

Allocated parking has been provided for both resident and visitors.connectivity is great,schools hospitals are near by the society.all the amenities has been provided and in operational condition.

Local railway station is not near by the apartment.some of the units were facing leakage and seepage issues.

Overall living experience in the society was great .society has good coonectivity with local transport facilities.as tenant no extra charges being taken to use any facilities.allocated parking has been provided.attentive managing commitee to resolve issues.
