Good things here
This well-maintained society with a great clubhouse and lush greenery surrounding has been a delight. The closely-knit community and excellent facilities for both kids and adults truly add to the appeal. Additionally, the convenient connectivity to the city through ORR makes daily travel hassle-free.
Things need improvement
In some houses, there are occasional seepage issues, particularly during the rainy season, which stem from poor construction quality. Although past issues with the entrance road seem to be resolved now, they still pose a concern. While these issues can be managed, they remain a drawback. Moreover, the average construction quality and occasional maintenance challenges also affect the overall experience.

Good things here
Strongly built walls with no seepage issue. Got villas externally painted with dampproof Asian paint last year and internally with Asian paints washable paints. Total 17 Acre land area and 192 Villas constructed. Very well connected to main road and good school, hospitals and markets near by.
Things need improvement
It is very peaceful and green society. Its a mixed culture among residents. People such as doctors, engineers, police, lawyers etc from different part of India residing here.
