During my time in the society, I found it well-connected with easy access to local transportation like auto rickshaws, cabs, Ola, and Uber. Nearby, multiple grocery stores, a vegetable market, and a local market made shopping convenient. Parking was ample for both residents and visitors. The maintenance team was proactive, keeping the surroundings well-maintained. Luxurious amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym were available and well-kept. Regular cultural events and programs fostered community spirit. A notable feature was a lake on the premises with uninterrupted water supply.
The construction quality of this apartment was subpar, with prevalent issues of leakage and seepage in the society. Public transportation options were lacking, with no metro available in the area, and the nearest railway station and bus services were 5 km and 3 km away, respectively. Furthermore, street lights were shut off after 10:30 p. m. , which posed a safety concern, as they should remain illuminated throughout the night.

Electricity supply is stable without major issues. The construction quality is commendable, with no reported problems such as seepage, leakage, or plaster issues. Additionally, the society offers amenities like a gym, swimming pool, parks, club house, and a play area for kids, enhancing the quality of life for its residents.
The society faces challenges with connectivity as public transport options such as autos and cabs are not readily available outside. Nearby local shops, supermarkets, grocery stores, and restaurants are also not easily accessible from the society, posing convenience issues for residents.

This building is one of the best in the area, offering top-notch facilities. Amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, kids' play area, gym, and mini-theatre are all excellent and well-maintained. The build quality is superb, with no issues of leakage or seepage. The fittings and walls are of high standard. The society has its own water plant, ensuring sufficient water supply for all purposes. It is pet-friendly and provides 24-hour electricity. There is allocated parking space for both owners and visitors, and excellent security measures are in place, including CCTV surveillance and round-the-clock guards. The maintenance team is efficient, promptly resolving any issues. Hygiene standards are maintained, with daily garbage collection. The residents are friendly, and all festivals are celebrated within the community. Additionally, there are essential shops within the society premises, such as�grocery�stores.
The main drawback of the society is the lack of nearby public transport facilities, making it difficult to access cabs. Additionally, there is no badminton court available within the society, which could be a valuable addition�for�residents.

Lodha Belmondo is a luxurious golf society with a lot of greenery and space. The amenities are top-notch and the staff is polite and helpful. The location is also great as it is near the Mumbai-Pune expressway. The society is well developed keeping all the amenities in mind, the river and golf views are spectacular
The maintenance charges are high but considering the well keep -up its not a problem. The approach road gets packed during rains and events like cricket as MCA is right opposite and this is the only road to reach

Earlier, the quality of roads outside the society was underdeveloped, but the BMC later fixed these issues, resulting in clear roads and no traffic problems around the society. Multiple grocery shops were located nearby, making essentials easily accessible. The design and infrastructure of the building were excellent, with a well-maintained and functional exterior. The maintenance team was prompt in addressing issues and daily challenges, ensuring a well-planned and hygienic atmosphere. Garbage collection was conducted daily, contributing to the overall cleanliness. All amenities such as the swimming pool, clubhouse, picnic area, and gym were well-maintained and fully functional. There was a continuous supply of water and electricity, along with 24-hour security provided by guards and CCTV surveillance covering all areas. Allocated parking spaces were available for both owners and visitors�in�the�society.
One major problem I faced in the society was the inability to place food delivery orders after 8 pm. Internally, the build quality was lacking, with thin walls allowing noise from other rooms to be heard and subpar wall quality overall. Additionally, amenities were only available to tenants if they paid extra charges, and tenants were required to pay maintenance fees in addition�to�rent.

The society offers a wide range of amenities, including a golf court, clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, cricket ground, and theater, all of which are well-maintained by the society team. Parking is allocated in the basement area for both owners and visitors, with security staff trained to oversee the parking system. Additionally, all areas are under CCTV surveillance. The residents are cooperative, and all festivals are celebrated within the society. Furthermore, there is 24-hour water and electricity supply�available.
The main issue plaguing everyone in this society is the poor quality of construction work. The builder has failed to deliver on quality standards, resulting in various problems such as broken washbasin tiles, geyser leakages, deteriorating floor tiles, loose kitchen tiles, damaged bathroom fixtures, leaking taps, and substandard walls. Moreover, there is no dedicated maintenance team to address these issues, forcing residents to bear the repair costs themselves. Despite charging high maintenance fees, the services provided do not match the expectations. Additionally, gaps have developed in the woollen flooring, and the security system requires improvement as guards fail to properly verify visitors, compromising safety. Furthermore, only common areas have backup power, causing inconvenience during�power�outages.

Residents benefit from continuous water and electricity supply, while garbage is collected daily and segregated into wet and dry waste. Overall, the society stands out as one of the best in the area due to its comprehensive amenities and efficient management.
So far, the society has not encountered any significant problems. However, it's worth noting that the maintenance team has yet to conduct any research-scale tests to assess the society's readiness for earthquakes. This is an important aspect of ensuring the safety and preparedness of the society in the face of potential seismic events.

This society is an ideal place for families. It's one of the best communities I've lived in, and they even allow bachelors. The maintenance system is excellent, and all the amenities are well-kept. Each resident has two allocated parking spaces.
Power backup is provided only for common areas, and visitors' parking is located outside the campus.

During our stay in that residency, the lack of nearby cabs and autos was a drawback. The connectivity was a challenge, especially for individuals without private vehicles, making it difficult to reach the local market easily.
