We benefit from excellent water facilities, supported by a borewell that prevents water scarcity compared to other apartments. Power backup is also in place for uninterrupted electricity supply. Garbage collection is efficiently managed with separate disposal for wet and dry waste, contributing to the overall cleanliness of the society, which is maintained on a daily basis. The construction quality here is commendable, with no issues of seepage or leaks. Although there were some cracks in the buildings, they have been successfully resolved. Local amenities are plentiful and well-maintained, including convenient parking facilities with a dedicated visitor area. The society is situated in a prime locality, enhancing its appeal. Residents enjoy celebrating festivals within the community, adding to the joyful atmosphere of our society.
Hospitals are located approximately 4 kilometers away from our society, which poses significant inconvenience for residents seeking medical care. Public transportation options, such as buses, are available but require walking approximately 1 kilometer, adding to the inconvenience. The nearby metro station, currently under construction, is also about 1 kilometer away from the society, which may provide future convenience once completed but currently adds to transportation challenges.

The neighbourhood benefits from decent connectivity with nearby access to cabs, autos, and public transport. Collective celebration of festivals, efficient garbage collection services, and accessible amenities including a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, and park. Security and parking facilities are top-notch.
Some flats on the top floor in the society had water leakage issues . Park in the society was very small . No other issues in the society regarding anything.

There is no parking issues in the society, Water and electricity supply is 24 hours in the society. Building is strong without any cracks and seepage issues. Society is well maintained and cleaned all the time. The society has swimming pool and gym.
There is connectivity issue only bus station is nearby the society and other public transport are far from the society. There is no garden, clubhouse in the society.

The society has well-maintained amenities, such as a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, and play area. There are excellent walking paths and plenty of greenery, providing lots of open space within the community. Nearby, there are grocery stores and diagnostic centers, with a bus stop within 1 km. The management regularly organizes events and festivals. Additionally, there is a good water supply and efficient waste management systems in place.
Society amenities such as badminton courts and a squash court were previously available for residents to enjoy, but they have been removed by management. Additionally, the construction quality is not optimal as there are some minor cracks in the walls.
