Garbage collection is good; they collect wet and dry waste separately in the society. Maintenance charges are very reasonable in the society. Amenities like swimming pool, club house, gym, table tennis, badminton court, and football court are well-maintained in the society. The parking area is very spacious, and there are also visitors' parking areas in the society. Schools are very near to the society, within a walkable distance.
The construction quality is very poor in the society, with some leaks present. Hospitals are far from the society, approximately 2 kilometers away. Malls are also distant from the society, approximately 5 kilometers away.

This combination of supportive neighbors and convenient transportation makes living in the society comfortable and stress-free.
The society has significant issues with dampness in the buildings, causing inconvenience to the residents. The parking facilities are inadequate and do not meet the needs of all residents. Additionally, the gym is not well-maintained, forcing people to go outside for workouts. There are also problems with water leakage from the ceiling. Furthermore, there is no grocery store nearby, adding to the inconvenience.

No issues with leakage, seepage, or cracks. The water supply is good. People are friendly and festivals are celebrated. Ventilation is great. Security and parking space are good. Connectivity is fine with autos and cabs available. There are modern amenities like a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, and park.
I have no issues regarding my society. Everything works well, and I'm satisfied with the overall environment. The amenities and services meet my needs, and I find the place comfortable and convenient. Overall, it's a pleasant place to live without any major concerns.

However, there are concerns about high leakage issues in bedrooms, particularly noticeable differences between north and south-facing units.
