Good things here
Connectivity, such as cabs and autos, is easily available in the society if we book Ola and Uber. Water facility is very good, available 24/7 in the society, and power backup is also available. Garbage collection is good; they collect wet and dry waste separately in the society. Maintenance charges are very reasonable in the society. Amenities like swimming pool, club house, gym, table tennis, badminton court, and football court are well-maintained in the society. The parking area is very spacious, and there are also visitors' parking areas in the society. Schools are very near to the society, within a walkable distance.
Things need improvement
The construction quality is very poor in the society, with some leaks present. Hospitals are far from the society, approximately 2 kilometers away. Malls are also distant from the society, approximately 5 kilometers away.

The neighbors are friendly and helpful, always ready to assist when needed and engaging in pleasant conversations. Additionally, the availability of auto rickshaws, buses, and the metro nearby ensures that residents face no transportation difficulties. This combination of supportive neighbors and convenient transportation makes living in the society comfortable and stress-free.
Things need improvement
The society has significant issues with dampness in the buildings, causing inconvenience to the residents. The parking facilities are inadequate and do not meet the needs of all residents. Additionally, the gym is not well-maintained, forcing people to go outside for workouts. There are also problems with water leakage from the ceiling. Furthermore, there is no grocery store nearby, adding to the inconvenience.

Good things here
No issues with leakage, seepage, or cracks. The water supply is good. People are friendly and festivals are celebrated. Ventilation is great. Security and parking space are good. Connectivity is fine with autos and cabs available. There are modern amenities like a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, and park.

I have no issues regarding my society. Everything works well, and I'm satisfied with the overall environment. The amenities and services meet my needs, and I find the place comfortable and convenient. Overall, it's a pleasant place to live without any major concerns.

The road quality is good, and regular maintenance is ensured, including housekeeping, plumbing, and electrical services. Garbage disposal is efficiently managed, and lift amc is their Amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, and play garden are available for residents' enjoyment.
Things need improvement
During busy times, chikadapalli roads near the society become congested, causing inconvenience.

The presence of Kannada-speaking security guards further enhances the sense of security and belonging in the community.
Things need improvement
Over the past three years, the rent for 2 BHK and 3 BHK apartments in this society has seen a significant increase, now reaching 25K, maintenance charges included. However, there are concerns about high leakage issues in bedrooms, particularly noticeable differences between north and south-facing units.
