The good thing about this society is that ventilation for each flat is excellent, and the spacing between each unit is ample. The connectivity of the society is top-notch as it is situated near the main road, and all essential amenities such as grocery stores, dairies, and supermarkets are within walking distance. Additionally, a few schools and hospitals are located around 500 meters from the society. Maintenance is also excellent, with regular garbage collection and cleanliness in the surroundings. The only issue is that the society is located very near to the main road. Because of this, there is dust and pollution from the vehicles, as well as some noise pollution. read more

Maintenance was particularly difficult as amenities like the swimming pool were poorly maintained, and the gym space was insufficient for the approximately 160 families residing there. Moreover, the construction quality was subpar, resulting in occasional leakage issues. The building of the society is of high quality; there are no leaks or seepage problems wherever. Excellent security is also provided by the building's strength and lack of cracks, as well as the constant presence of guards.
