The Haritha program seems to have made a positive impact on your former residence, with the establishment of various plants and amenities for residents. The presence of 60 cameras suggests a focus on security, and the connectivity to essential services within a short distance is convenient. It's great to hear that the infrastructure, including roads, street lights, and parking spaces, was well taken care of. The availability of recreational facilities like swimming pools, gyms, and play areas, along with a clubhouse and walking track, must have contributed to a vibrant community life. Regular maintenance and cleanliness, including daily cleaning and garbage collection, are essential for a healthy and pleasant living environment. The proper functioning of facilities like lifts and annual painting maintenance indicate a commitment to upkeep. Additionally, the friendly and helpful nature of the surrounding community fosters a sense of belonging and togetherness, evident in the joint celebration of various festivals. And it's reassuring to know that the construction quality was high, with no issues like seepages and well-ventilated rooms.

Good things here
The good thing about this society is that ventilation for each flat is excellent, and the spacing between each unit is ample. The connectivity of the society is top-notch as it is situated near the main road, and all essential amenities such as grocery stores, dairies, and supermarkets are within walking distance. Additionally, a few schools and hospitals are located around 500 meters from the society. Maintenance is also excellent, with regular garbage collection and cleanliness in the surroundings. The construction quality is top-notch, without any leakage problems. Amenities such as the clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, and play area are well-maintained.
Things need improvement
The only issue is that the society is located very near to the main road. Because of this, there is dust and pollution from the vehicles, as well as some noise pollution.

The construction quality of our society is top-notch, with spacious open areas and no cracks in the walls. Well-ventilated balconies and high-standard room design add to the appeal. Connectivity is excellent, with essential amenities like a bus stop, supermarket, grocery stores, school, and hospitals all within a 1 km radius. The road quality is superb, and street lights are well-maintained. Ample parking space is available, and maintenance is reliable, with thorough cleaning and continuous water and power supply. The functioning lift and well-painted building contribute to the overall upkeep. Additionally, the surrounding community is known for being helpful and cooperative.
Things need improvement
Garbage collection in this society is not up to par, as trash is frequently left in common areas instead of being properly managed.

The standout feature of this society is its excellent connectivity, being situated very close to the main road. Nearby, you'll find a range of facilities including schools like Delhi Public School, several hospitals, supermarkets, and bus stops. Additionally, the residents are known for being friendly and cooperative.
Things need improvement
During my time there, I faced several challenges. Maintenance was particularly difficult as amenities like the swimming pool were poorly maintained, and the gym space was insufficient for the approximately 160 families residing there. Moreover, the construction quality was subpar, resulting in occasional leakage issues. Adding to the frustration, maintenance charges were expensive, yet the facilities provided were inadequate.

Good things here
The building of the society is of high quality; there are no leaks or seepage problems wherever. Excellent security is also provided by the building's strength and lack of cracks, as well as the constant presence of guards. There are no dogs on the streets and parking is not a problem in the community. All the facilities, including a gym, pool, clubhouse, garden and parks, are available.
Things need improvement
The lack of accessibility to buses and autorickshaws causes inconveniences for the locals. Individuals must wait a long time and go great distances in search of transportation. Their daily travel and general convenience are impacted by this challenge.
