Poor drainage facilities, illegal parking, potholed roads, and illegal parking cause problems for the residents. Water logging is a major problem here during monsoon. There is also traffic jam in Sangam Nagar of this area, causing inconvenience to the local people.

Closely located to the local mall, market, schools, colleges and institutes and this is prime reason why I bought a flat here because I have kids who needs to go to school. Anyways, the construction of the flat is at par and I am satisfied with the floor plan and design of the entire house. There are hardly any issues related to power supply or water supply.

Apart from these, so many major negative points should also be included here to draw the attention of the Authority. Locals told me that there is limited access to public transport in the area and if I don't get a cab in case of an emergency it will be quite disappointing for me as a nurse. The local people repeatedly complained about the poor water supply.

The community of this housing is so green and has considerable space for gardening. The place is so calm for meditation and yoga as well. I will do meditation here every morning. The a huge space of jogging and walking track here. They proposed us to ad basketball, football courts, cricket grounds, badminton court in this campus. They also offered us some additional conveniences like swimming pool, kids pool, aerobic rooms, etc. Construction is very good with the best fittings and fixtures of buildings and other structures as well. I think the upcoming project is highly recommended for all with lots of basic amenities.
