Good things here
It's awesome that there are no issues with leakage or seepage, and that all modern amenities are available and well-maintained. Having good and cooperative neighbors who celebrate festivals together adds to the community feel. Plus, having 24/7 water supply and good cleanliness is definitely a big plus. It's great that there are no traffic issues near the society, and that connectivity is good with buses and taxis readily available. And it's always a relief when issues are resolved promptly.
Things need improvement
It's understandable to feel that the maintenance charges are a bit high. Adding more greenery to the society could definitely enhance its appeal and make it a more pleasant living environment.

Good things here
The residential cooperative is pretty good. The flats have nice ventilation and sunlight, which is a big plus. Water is always available, and they do a good job of keeping everything clean.
Things need improvement
The connectivity isn't great, and it's tough to find public transport nearby. The market is a bit far off too. Leaks and seepage are a big problem here. Plus, there's no garden, and the swimming pool and gym are tiny. The lifts could definitely use some maintenance. Also, it's a bummer that they don't celebrate festivals in the society.

I look forward to moving in as soon as construction is complete. They offer children's play areas, a swimming pool, a squash court, a party lawn, a fitness facility, and a table tennis court, among other attractions.

I have finally reserved anapartment here by seeing the construction quality and the facilities about the flats. The connectivity is very good as you can easily travel to any place without any problems.

My family and I recently booked an apartment here. These have excellent facilities such as a children's play area, a swimming pool, a squash court, a party lawn, a fitness center and a table tennis court.

I am happy that I am a part of this community. The security is strong. The tower has good lifts. Children can play inside the common space and enjoy the evenings.

I was stunned to enter the premises for the first time. It showed world class standard in every aspect. The construction is good. The management is also perfect.

Life inside is entirely different. The location is ideal for me. It has offered gym, sports courts, playing areas, etc for recreation. It has internal roads with good lighting.

This project is registered and has followed all the protocols. My apartment is vaastu compliant. It remains ventilated and fresh. The position of the towers is good.
