Good things here
This society is built up by DP architecture, a Singapore based company. It offers 2BHK to 5BHK flats. All units provides lavish and luxurious furnished rooms. Facilities such as gym, garden, swimming pools, ATM, tennis courts, reserved parking are amazing. Breathtaking landscape and outside views of Haji Ali Mosque and Arabian Sea are just mesmerizing. Equally secured with modern security system and security guard at main entrance gate.
Things need improvement
Landlords are greedy in as they charge extra money to avail certain facilities. Lacks maintenance of swimming pools and parks. Number of unskilled maintenance staffs creates a problem of regular maintenance. Residents lacks community and friendly living standard for a quality living experience.

Additionally, the central location in Mumbai offers easy access to various parts of the city for commuting and leisure activities.

The noise pollution emanating from the nearby railway tracks is occasionally overwhelming, making it difficult to unwind or focus within the apartments. Security issues persist, with unauthorized individuals gaining access to the building and parking facilities. Common areas like the swimming pool and gym suffer from subpar maintenance, further detracting from the overall appeal. Additionally, the scarcity of parking spots and lax enforcement of parking regulations pose inconveniences for residents. Nevertheless, the upscale apartments and lavish lifestyle offered at Planet Godrej are aspects for which I remain appreciative amidst these challenges.

The area is protected with minor problems of water harvesting. The mobile network signal is good so far. Spacious rooms with water and 24/7 security make this a perfect stay. Best residential project.
