Good things here
I really like how well the society is managed and the fact that there's a beautiful park right here. The people who live here are friendly, and everything around the society is kept in good shape. Plus, there's a nice variety of amenities that make socializing easy and enjoyable.
Things need improvement
I'm not happy with how some brokers behave unethically when renting out homes here. There have been problems with them keeping security deposits and advance rent unlawfully, which has made my experience really bad. Also, the maintenance fees are way too high, which affects how satisfied I am with the project overall.

Good things here
I really liked how easy it was to get to malls, hospitals, and parks from the society. The maintenance was great too; they kept everything in good shape. And the construction quality was top-notch; the walls were strong, and they used really durable materials.
Things need improvement
I had some bad experiences with security deposits and rent; it seemed like some unfair stuff was going on. Dealing with brokers was also tough because of hidden charges. Plus, the social scene here didn't feel very welcoming or inclusive among the residents.

Issue with brokers and renting here has been a hassle. Some of them held onto my money unfairly, and things got so bad that I had to get the police involved. Just be extra cautious when handling these matters in this area.

Good things here
The amenities are looked after here, and there's such a great variety to choose from. Plus, the construction quality is top-notch; the walls are strong, and they used really good materials.

The heavy traffic and limited public transportation around here. Also, the maintenance fees are way too high, and there are always problems popping up, which ends up costing a lot.

Nicely built homes, Spacious room, mandir is there, sitting area, parking good, not noisy, good garden, currently not many pets in society

No gym, not bachelor friendly, metro ke close nhi hai, peeche chhota sa market but this place caters to only one institutional area,
