Appreciate the regular garbage collection, which helps maintain cleanliness. The nearby market adds convenience for daily shopping needs. Parking facilities and well-maintained elevators enhance comfort and accessibility. Reliable electricity and water supply, along with the presence of a security guard, ensure a secure and hassle-free living environment. Good connectivity and easily available public transport options like buses, autos, and cabs make commuting easier. The roads are in good condition, further improving connectivity. The construction quality is excellent, with no issues like seepage or termite problems, and the proper ventilation, good plaster, and fitting contribute to a pleasant living space. Modern amenities such as a gym, garden, swimming pool, and clubhouse are available and well-maintained, adding to the overall quality of life.
However, there is a lack of interaction with fellow residents, as they tend to keep to themselves and do not prefer talking to others. This can make the community feel less connected and less friendly.

There are no issues with water supply or electrical supply. There are no problems with seepage either. The security is decent, with CCTV cameras in place. Autos and cabs are easy to get, and the parking space is sufficient. The society culture here is wonderful. It feels great when all the members celebrate festivals together; people are really nice.
There are no gyms and swimming pools available, also roads at the entry gate are not being repaired from a very long time, which poses difficulty in commuting. There are some cracks problems too.

Apart from various cons, the one thing that was good there was connectivity, metro station , auto and cabs are easily available. also, CCTV's were available, security was good.
We used to live on ground floor and the pipe usually gets blocked due to which balcony gets filled with water. There were cracks and seepage problems. There was only one shop nearby so it kind of was like monopoly. Parking area was limited in the basement that too was almost everytime filled with water

This is one of the best project in Gurgaon, located just 3 km from Huda City center and IT hubs like Unitech Cyberpark and IT Ardee. Well connected with NH-48 and major malls like Ambiance, Star malls and Metroplotan. There are ample open space in the project. This project boost 7 gardens inside the premises. The security is top notch.
Construction quality is not that great. Lot of construction happening inside the society. Maintenance charges are high. ~3 thousand/month. Electricity charges are high. You need to pay Rs. 720/month for powerback up maintenance.

The society is well located near major commerical, public and commutation landmarks. It is opposite to Unitech Cyber City, 2 Km from HUDA metro station. There are 4-5 bus stands within walking distance. The society has several gardens (4 to be precise), the grennery is very good. Lot of parking space (dedicated and Visitors). The security is very good, single entry/exit points manned by 5-6 gaurds. The society provides water twice a day for 1 hour (borewell). 100% powerback is available. Children play area is well maintained. There is also basket ball court, badminton court and yoga park here. Mostly families are residing here. The environment is very friendly. There are general and vegitable stores within the premises. You would like to take stralls whenever you like. There are no stray animals living in this society. Overall one of the best place to live. Property prices are rising YoY by ~30%
The construction is old, requires regular maintenance. Though people are expanding their houses post ceiling, almost some construction is always happening in this society. Powerback cost is higher ~INR 16/Unit. Rest all good.
