I truly appreciate the spaciousness of the flats, which are around 2200 sqft, offering ample room to comfortably park two cars. The location feels secure and well-illuminated, with the presence of security guards providing a sense of safety. Moreover, the society's exceptional connectivity to Gurgaon and the rest of NCR, via both road and metro, greatly enhances commuting convenience.
Things need improvement
I'm disappointed by the lack of amenities in the society, as it's a single tower without additional facilities like a swimming pool or functional gym. During summers, there were incidents of ant infestation, which was quite troublesome. Additionally, the society has a poor-quality building structure, with issues like leakage and seepage prevalent, causing inconvenience to residents.
