Tthe location of this project is�it's so easy for potential buyers or renters to get to malls, hospitals, and commercial areas. Plus, the property prices have been going up a lot lately, which makes it a really smart investment choice for sellers. And there are so many different amenities available here, which really makes it attractive to buyers and renters alike. read more

Things need improvement

I'm not a fan of how congested it gets around here and the lack of good public transport options. It can make commuting a real hassle for residents. And if there are a lot of maintenance issues and the charges are high within the society, it might make potential buyers or renters think twice about choosing this project. As a broker, it's important for me to take these factors into account when helping clients with deals in this society. read more

The swimming pool, gym, and clubhouse are all great places to hang out and have fun, making it really enjoyable to spend time here. And the lush green parks and walking paths are perfect for a nice stroll or getting some exercise in the morning. read more

I get really concerned about the lack of proper security measures and the frequent power outages. It makes me feel uneasy about how safe our neighborhood is. Plus, dealing with the recurring electricity cuts really messes up our daily routines, especially when it's really hot outside. read more

The lack of community engagement and inclusive celebrations here. It can feel pretty isolated sometimes. Also, the connectivity to important places like malls, hospitals, and markets isn't great, which makes it hard to get the things we need and enjoy social activities easily. read more

I wasn't happy about how high the maintenance charges ended up being, and there were always things that needed fixing. Plus, the construction quality wasn't great�I noticed a lot of cracks in the walls and the plaster was peeling in some places. read more
