Good things here
Tthe location of this project is�it's so easy for potential buyers or renters to get to malls, hospitals, and commercial areas. Plus, the property prices have been going up a lot lately, which makes it a really smart investment choice for sellers. And there are so many different amenities available here, which really makes it attractive to buyers and renters alike.
Things need improvement
I'm not a fan of how congested it gets around here and the lack of good public transport options. It can make commuting a real hassle for residents. And if there are a lot of maintenance issues and the charges are high within the society, it might make potential buyers or renters think twice about choosing this project. As a broker, it's important for me to take these factors into account when helping clients with deals in this society.

Good things here
The swimming pool, gym, and clubhouse are all great places to hang out and have fun, making it really enjoyable to spend time here. And the lush green parks and walking paths are perfect for a nice stroll or getting some exercise in the morning.
Things need improvement
I get really concerned about the lack of proper security measures and the frequent power outages. It makes me feel uneasy about how safe our neighborhood is. Plus, dealing with the recurring electricity cuts really messes up our daily routines, especially when it's really hot outside.

Good things here
As an owner living in the property, I really like how well the amenities are maintained�they make my daily life easier and more comfortable. Plus, the construction quality of the building is top-notch, so I know it's safe and will last a long time.
Things need improvement
The lack of community engagement and inclusive celebrations here. It can feel pretty isolated sometimes. Also, the connectivity to important places like malls, hospitals, and markets isn't great, which makes it hard to get the things we need and enjoy social activities easily.

Good things here
I really liked how convenient it was to get to malls, hospitals, and parks from where we lived. And the social amenities were so diverse and well-kept, which really helped us all feel like part of a community here.
Things need improvement
I wasn't happy about how high the maintenance charges ended up being, and there were always things that needed fixing. Plus, the construction quality wasn't great�I noticed a lot of cracks in the walls and the plaster was peeling in some places.

Close we are to major IT hubs�it makes my daily commute so much easier and saves me a lot of time. Plus, having hospitals nearby gives me peace of mind in case of any emergencies.

It's frustrating when there aren't reliable public transport options available, making it tough to travel conveniently.
