Good things here
As an owner in the project, I really value the superb connectivity to nearby places like malls, hospitals, and markets. It's so convenient for me and my tenants to get essential services quickly. The property maintenance is also excellent, with regular upkeep and fair charges, which means everyone gets to enjoy a clean and well-maintained environment
Things need improvement
I'm not happy with the poor construction quality, which results in frequent issues like seepage and cracks in the walls. It really affects the appearance and comfort of the property. Also, the limited amenities in the project are disappointing, making it hard to enjoy a complete living experience

Good things here
As a tenant in the project, I'm really grateful for the fantastic connectivity to major IT hubs, hospitals, schools, and malls. It's so convenient to have easy access to markets, restaurants, and public transport. Plus, the low traffic and proximity to social amenities really make everyday life a lot smoother
Things need improvement
The poor maintenance in the project. There are frequent issues with the building structure and services, and the maintenance charges are unreasonably high. Additionally, the society lacks proper management and security measures, which can be concerning for residents
