Connectivity like cabs and autos is easily available in the society if we book Ola and Uber. People are very friendly and cooperative in the society. We can celebrate every festival like a family, such as Ugadi, Holi, Dandiya, Onam, Tamil New Year, Ganesh Chaturthi, etc. Security is very good in the society during nights; there is no permission given to allow any unknown persons. The security in the society is tight; even the delivery personnel have to report to the main gate. Water facilities are very good at 24/7 in the society, and power backup is also available. Garbage collection is very good; they collect and segregate wet and dry waste separately in the society. Parking area is very spacious.
Construction quality is poor; there are seepage issues in the bathrooms and some cracks in bedroom walls, which is very inconvenient. There is no particular visitors' parking area; we have to park outside of the society. Public transportation is far from the society, around 3 km, which is very inconvenient.

There is 24/7 water and power availability, and the lift is functional.
