Good things here
The society for real estate transactions. I'm grateful for the supportive neighbors, well-kept parks, and ample playground space. The excellent public transport options and the easy availability of cabs and autos further contribute to the overall positive living experience for residents.
Things need improvement
Not having enough parking because of all the buildings crammed in, and being far from the city center. Traffic jams, especially during busy times, make getting around even tougher. Plus, the gym is always too crowded, and there's not enough access to the swimming pool. These are areas that need to be worked on to make living here smoother.

Good things here
This society is wonderful , I'm grateful for the well-maintained parks and the spacious playground. They provide great opportunities for recreation. It's also convenient to have good public transport and easy access to amenities like shops and a club.
Things need improvement
The place has a big issue with parking - there's just not enough space. It's also packed with too many buildings, so it's hard to find things you need. And it's far from the city center, so getting around is tough - buses are slow, and there aren't many cabs around.

Good things here
The maintenance service is good, and we have a nice big playground for outdoor fun. Getting around is easy with public transport nearby, although the roads could use some work, especially fixing the potholes quickly.
Things need improvement
Parking is a real issue because there are so many buildings packed in, and it affects basic amenities. Getting around from here can be tough too, since it's far from the city center and there aren't many rickshaws or cabs available, so we end up waiting a long time for buses.

Good things here
Living here, I'm grateful for the friendly neighbors and the nice parks we have. But the gym is always too crowded, and there's just not enough parking. It would make living here even better if we could improve those things.

Good things here
It was easy to get to important places and catch public transport. But the roads needed fixing, and the gym and pool were always packed and needed more care.
Things need improvement
The lack of parking space and limited transportation options making it hard to get around. Sometimes, noisy neighbors disrupted the peace.

Every apartment is spacious and has modern fixtures. Any kind of water leakage problem arises but gets solved. The parking facility is also good and there is a good helpful staff. There is a quick power backup and no water issues.
